The contactless system worked great for our late arrival. Our room was clean and pleasant.

A really cute spot in a convenient location! The room was spotless with updated fixtures and nice bedding.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is not someone at the desk 24/7 but the key retrieval instructions were easy to follow. When we had an issue with the door lock, our call was returned quickly and staff showed up promptly to resolve the issue.

The hotel didn’t serve breakfast but there was a room with a counter and a kitchen space behind it, so maybe they do serve it sometimes.

A great experience overall and I’d absolutely recommend to others.

Good place to stay

Sat around and waited until 8am breakfast was never put out.

We were there to stay for a night on our annual fishing trip. Clean room, comfy bed, and helpfull staff made our quick stay very enjoyable.

Still haven't received a receipt from my 2 day/night stay

My room smelled like urine. No microwaves and couldn’t use air fryer in room. Should remove the carpet in whole building stains everywhere. Just didn’t enjoy my stay at all. Felt like I couldn’t get a good rest. Hotel staff were okay. Needs renovations asap and microwaves.

Enjoyed my stay! I was meeting my half-sister for the first time, and the owner took the time to carry some comfortable chairs into my room so we could talk! There was no one at the front desk, but you can call to get in, and the owner comes quickly. Property was clean and the bed was cozy. Right in the center of town. The room was basic but had everything I needed. Will stay again!

We stayed for a night on a cross Canada drive, room was clean, the price was right and it wasn't noisy. Got a breakfast bag to go into morning. It is right on the main drag though town with several restaurants near by.

We were greeted by a very friendly girl at the front desk. She was helpful with any of our questions. The hotel was very clean and quiet room. We enjoyed the tea and banana bread offered in the evening. It was nice to sit out in the sitting nook area to chat with your family or with the other guests. The breakfast had a nice selection. It was also nice that you had the option of taking something for the road if you were not staying to eat at the time as they supplied brown lunch bags. The next time we stay we hope to have more time to use the bikes that they have to explore the town. Very nice option. We hope to stay again next summer.

We stayed one night before a canoe trip. Reasonably priced. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and quiet. Included breakfast was good. Dinner restaurants were within walking distance. Would stay there again.

We stayed here beginning of September. First check-in, the staff were wonderful. Second- Room was clean and spotless. Breakfast was amazing. Very Friendly. Great price!! I can honestly say you will not be disappointed.

I have been to Ft Francis/International Falls every year for the past 15 years. I have stayed in most of the hotels in the area. This hotel has been my choice for the last three years. The reason I have my group stay here is because the hotel is well ran. The rooms are well maintained and clean. This year they vastly improved the parking. The hotel used to have a full time cook, which I miss, but they have a great continental breakfast.
