The private villa/home was fantastic!
Pros:

We stayed in a private home/villa which was perfect for our family to spread out and have space, enjoy our time together.

Cons:

The main property was a bit confusing regarding use of the pool, hot tub and parking.

ロビーでお酒やちょっとしたおつまみが売っているのが良い。外でご飯食べて部屋で晩酌ができる！

朝はアーモンドミルクが美味しかった。
チェックアウト時にコーヒー入れていけるので、旅路にちょうど良い！

Cons:

窓からの景色がいいため、カーテンが綺麗に開ききらないのが勿体なかったかなと！外でてすぐに椅子とテーブルが用意されているので寒くなければ外出れば問題なし

I would have to say it was a $400.00 a night view. And the staff was very accommodating and pleasant

The view is why they charge $400.00 a night. The location is very convenient for the Uptown area of Sedona. We were able to park but it was a hassle. Great to have a balcony looking at the rocks, the weather was perfect.

Cons:

No lobby really, minimal amenities, 1970s outdoor corridor entry.

Pros:

The view was incredible. Location is perfect walking distance to everything in Uptown. Restaurants shopping right there within steps. To get to all the sites was just a quick drive. Perfect location

Cons:

We had to go ask for towels and coffee. Would have been nice to have them ask us if we needed anything.
