Wonderful first time in Sedona
Pros:

Great huge condo type room! Perfect location to uptown shops and easy to get anywhere in Sedona from here. Staff was amazing and sweet!

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

The view was incredible. Location is perfect walking distance to everything in Uptown. Restaurants shopping right there within steps. To get to all the sites was just a quick drive. Perfect location

Cons:

We had to go ask for towels and coffee. Would have been nice to have them ask us if we needed anything.

Great views and right in the center of all the action in town, great location.

Cons:

Made a reservation of two nights through a 3rd party booking, then extended out stay one night through Matterhorn.com and made notation of this and had converstion of this on our 1st night with two employees. On our 3rd night the staff acted as if it was the 1st time hearing about this even though we were told there was a note in the system and the same two employees were the only ones working the entire stay we had to move to another room our last night of stay. It was an inconvenience, not a HUGE deal but felt it could have been totally avoided considering all rooms were identical and only 26 rooms total. They made it right and it all turned out ok.
The pool was cloudy with yellow and black algae spots and the spa on the verge of green, both needed chlorine, we reported this on the 1st night, the pool service came but not much changed.
