Pros:

Clean, comfortable and great staff. The on duty manager was excellent and truly appreciated her wonderful and friendly service.

Cons:

The airport shuttle is very unreliable

Not much to say here..

Cons:

The upcharge to get in your room earlier when it was already ready is ridiculous, especially when they have no where to store luggage while you wait. The staff was barely friendly, the noise was horrible in the room. We attempted to use to the pool and the towels were paper thin. And the location is really not the best, we didn’t have a car since we were only there 1 night and did not feel very safe walking anywhere especially with kids.

Pros:

A localização era boa pra mim, pois é bem perto do aeroporto.

Cons:

- Funcionários péssimos, mal humorados;
- o check in que era pra ser às 15h, precisei esperar uma fila pra entrar no quarto, cheguei às 15h e entrei às 17h;
- o estacionamento é péssimo, acesso ruim, e nunca tinha vaga disponível;
- ao sair, no check out, estava com 8 malas grandes, e não tinha disponível carrinhos para carregar as malas, precisei subir e fazer várias viagens, perguntei ao recepcionista pelo carrinho, ele disse que devia estar em algum andar, resumindo, não fez nada;

Location for taking a cruise

Cons:

It needs some maintenance. One elevator was down the day I got there and the next day. Sometimes only 1 person to answer phone and take care of first questions and check ins main remand needed to be done where fridge had leaked. Small stain on comforter. But, room was comfortable for short stay

Roof top pool and room is very comfortable

Cons:

The hotel is starting to look run down and needs some upgrades and extra cleaning through out. It's a busy hotel due to being close to cruise port.
