Overall, our stay was okay, but it could have been much better with proper room maintenance and functioning facilities.

When allocating rooms to guests, the hotel should ensure everything is functioning properly, including appliances and bathroom fixtures. In our case, the shower was not working, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, only one of the two elevators was operational, leading to longer wait times for guests.

Pros:

Easily accessed, felt safe, bar was clean, enjoyable, and reasonable prices. Front desk staff very accommodating and helpful. Was too cool outside to try the pool but it did look inviting.

Location was good. Parking and Employees are bad.
Pros:

The location was nice and the view was good.

Cons:

The employees were not nice. The parking situation was not the best. Cleaning crew walked into my room at 9:00am without warning. They checked me out at 10am even though I paid for a late check out at 3pm. Overall bad experience.

Muito bom.
Pros:

O hotel fica próximo ao aeroporto, as camas são confortáveis, não tem carpete, nosso quarto estava bem limpo. Tem frigobar e micro-ondas no quarto. Tem transfer para o aeroporto, mas não utilizamos.

Cons:

O banheiro não tem box, é com cortina, ao tomarmos banho molhava o banheiro inteiro. Isso foi bem ruim.
