Horel overbooked and our stay was cancelled. We did find out until we got there

Parking garage is narrow, and not safe. As a woman I wouldn't want to have to walk in it alone.

Lobby was nice, rooms were spacious

Cons:

The parking garage is awful. The room was very humid, if we turned up the temperature it was too cold.

It was fine for a one or two night business stay.
Pros:

Room was clean and functional. It was a bit bare - one small picture on the wall. No rugs but the laminate floor was better than wall to wall carpets.

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor. The selections were not well cooked. The service was poor - the very young woman could barely get her nose out of here phone and when asked a question gave an unsmiling monosyllabic answers. The breakfast was not worth the extra money.
