Dear Wyndham Management,
I would like to bring attention to a possible mold issue in the bathroom area of Room 424 or 426. The concern is located on the lower right corner of the bathtub frame when facing toward the tub.
This may become a larger issue if not addressed promptly, as mold spores can circulate into the air conditioning system. With repeated use of the bathroom facilities, humidity and moisture levels increase, which may contribute to further mold growth and air quality concerns.
I wanted to report this matter so it can be inspected and resolved appropriately for the safety and comfort of guests and staff.

The shuttle and room

Cerca al puerto de embarque de cruceros, pero no puedes pasar más de 1 noche allí.
No tenía espacios de relajación para los huéspedes, no ofrecen opciones de comida en la tarde noche y negaron la utilización de las mesas al solicitar un delivery
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. And 24 hour airport shuttle a definite plus.

Parking was terrible. Neighborhood was questionable. AC did not properly cool. Front desk was not staffed at all times. Only positive is that its very close to the airport.

It was pretty clean
There’s no elevators or stairs to get inside the hotel. You literally have to go all the way around the garage to the first floor to get inside the lobby.
