The most underrated part was the breakfast. Yes, it is all cold options, but there are a lot of them, and it's all local-style. And no, it is not too sweet heavy as some reviews have said. It is a nice balance.
The AC also worked very well in the rooms. And the sound proofing on the windows is shockingly good. If you open them you'll be able ti hear just how much downtown Lisbon noise it's blocking out.
They also have a really great souvenir shop inside the hotel. And the staff were wonderfully sweet and helpful. Felt like I was becoming part of a small family.
There was no fan in the bathroom, only a dehumidifier, so make sure to have some odor spray if you need it.
There also was a mini fridge but no freezer.
The mattresses were also very hard and a bit uncomfortable for what felt like a hotel of a quality that would normally have better. Not the worst I've had though. Slept great regardless, and it was probably better for my back anyway.

Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. We had the top floor, and the view of the river was wonderful. We felt like we were close enough to walk to site of interest while having the added view of the river. Nice, clean rooms also.
Outside the hotel were some 4-8 males who we saw loitering every night we were there. They were not tourists and I am told they were selling illicit things right at the area near the hotel front doors.

I was expecting more after reading great reviews. However room was a bit dark, it’s a good, regular hotel for a night or two.

Nous avons eu un problème avec la première chambre, le personnel de la réception nous a tout de suite proposé une excellente solution. Nous avons des allergies alimentaires et encore une fois, le personnel du restaurant a été top.

En general todo. La amabilidad del personal, la amplitud de las habitaciones, la localización y la limpieza.
La ubicación, a 5 minutos andando de la plaza del comercio y muy cerca de la Sé de Lisboa. El trato de los trabajadores, la habitación, aunque algo pequeña, era comoda y nos pusieron una supletoria para el niño sin ningún coste. Estaba limpio. El desayuno era correcto, no muy variado pero con lo necesario para tener un poco de todo.
Por decir algo, la cortina no era totalmente opaca y dejaba entrar un poco la luz.
