Местоположение, персонал, чистота

Cons:

Воду в комнатах дают только в первый день, зубных щёток и пасты нету, ванных тапочек тоже. Завтраки очень вкусные, но именно еды(яйца и тд) нету, завтрак стандартный, но то что есть вкусно

We had a wonderfull stay due to amazing location and super friendly staff

Cons:

Bed was a bit too hard for my liking. There sound from the boiler and AC was a bit loud.

Perfect place to make home while you explore the city and nearby areas.
Pros:

Hotel Riverside Alfama was a perfect location to access all of Lisboa. It was safe, and clean, had great breakfast and coffee everyday. The staff were very helpful with information on planning our days. My wife and I wanted to stay another 2 weeks. Highly recommend.

De tudo! Hotel limpo, cama excelente, ar-condicionado eficiente, equipe do hotel muito gentil e cordial, localização maravilhosa!

Emplacement idéal proche de toute commodités

Cons:

Petit déjeuner pas top top peuvent faire mieux , chauffe eaux de tout l’étage apparent dans la salle de bain mais très esthétique pour un hôtel à ce prix

Dopo la fregatura del traporto gratuito - che gratuito non era - da Aeroporto a Hotel, tutto ok.

Sicuramnete come ra prsentata la scheda e l'offerta gratuita, che poi non si ü rilebata tale, di u taxi per raggiungere l'hotel da Aeroporto. SI INTERPRETAVA GRATUITO MA ABBIAMO DOVUTO SBORSARE 40.-- EURO. Quindi un'offerta non corretta da parte di Booking. Attrarre il cliente i questo modo è scorretto veramnete.
