Appart Hotel Odalys City Paris Montmartre

The employees during the day are very rude. Don’t provide AC and the showers are only half covered so all the water falls on the floor. Only good thing is their breakfast which is quite amazing

Set just below Mont Martre Cathedral, this apartment/hotel is perfect for a longer stay in Paris. Kitchen (includes stove top & microwave) gives you the option of eating in or dining out. Very spacious room, especially in PARIS! Comfortable beds, quiet, self-laundry available. I stayed a total of 13 nights - felt like home.
Only heads up: MANY stairs to climb in order to get there - lot's of luggage? - take a taxi.

Our room was clean and quiet and the staff was very kind and helpful whenever we needed something. There were so many cute dining options nearby and we were very close to a metro station.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and modern. Excellent location near Monmarte attractions. My daughter and I felt very safe walking around the area and would definitely stay here again.

An excellent apart-hotel in Montmartre with very close access to Sacre-Couer and dining options. Would definitely come again!

The staff were very friendly and the neighborhood was great. There are many stairs and a considerable distance to the local buses and subways.

Super home base to explore the city from. Easy to spend time close to the hotel with sights, parks, restaurants all within easy stroll. We were using taxis versus metro, taxi from hotel gets an added charge but short walk down stairs to nearby taxi stand is available once you get to know the area. Metro is a longer walk. Service was great, many thanks

Was upgraded on arrival which was a very nice surprise as that never happened before. We had plenty of space. Everything was super clean, the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is situated right behind "Le Sacre Coeur" which makes it the perfect place to visit Montmartre.

Beautiful property very well situated. However the staff isn't as friendly as expected. We had to wait hours for our room arriving from an international flight. Room is poorly designed - shower/tub walls are high so it was difficult to get in and out, tub was extremely narrow and shower door only covers half of the tub causing water on the floor. No bathroom ventilation. Air conditioning in the room leaked on the wall, nightstand and bed making it very difficult to sleep. Poor mattress quality, two twins beds put together with different mattress and height. Windows did open but church bells and birds are nosy. Disappointed for the price paid.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I arrived early and my room was ready so they allowed me to check in early, which was wonderful. Also, I received a complimentary upgrade to an apartment, which was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff at the front desk, particularly Dolly, went above and beyond to ensure that I had directions to the Metro and recommendations for things to see and restaurants to try. I selected this based on other reviews and it exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it. Hope to return!

2 minutes walk from Sacred Couer, 7 minutes walk to the Metro 12. The bed matress is very comfortable and firm. We like the breakfast.
