Pros:

Overall i would say that owner is really communicative and as helpful as You can image, location's nice, near old town and utilities, also price to standards seems really nice

Cons:

Unfortunatelly air conditing is a real bottleneck, as due to heat waves, 3 nights were impossible to sleep. In addition if You want to store something in a freezer be prepared for a little cool. Doors which are an entrance were working 50/50, it depended on Your luck if You opened them or not.

Cons:

We had challenges checking in as our boat might have arrived after 7pm, which pointed out when we booked and the booking was accepted , but they still wanted us to cancel our booking , we had to get Booking.com support involved to get it resolved

The owner is extremely kind and helpful, he supported us through our whole two month stay, the location is really good and the rooms are well equipped, cleaning is done 2 times a week.

Pros:

The staff at the reception was very kind and very flexible. Very much appreciated, thank you:) The hotel is very centrally located. Everything was clean!

Cons:

You have to be aware that they have fix check-in times as it is a residence! The structure is old and has no charm to it, although everything was very clean!

Disappointing!!
Cons:

The building is old and very hot. The rooms are big. The airconditioning is not build-in, but a small one on wheels. The airco is pointed right at the bed and is not movable. It makes a lot of noise and doesn't get the room really fresh. The tube fell off the moment we turned it on... We saw that it had been attached with tape. We slept very bad due to the noise and cold air pointed right at our backs.
When we wanted to close the window, the curtain fell off.
The fridge was very old and a bit dirty. It didn't cool down: the water that we put inside was still at room temperature the day after.
There is a toilet, bidet, showel, lavabo, laundry machine in the bathroom. The laundry machine is placed so close to the bidet that you cannot really sit on it easily.

Furthermore, there were troubles at the check-in. The opening hours of reception were 17:00-20:30, but there was no one present at the reception. The entrance door of the residence was locked. We had contacted the hotel through message stating our time of arrival. Anyways, we had to call a cell number and waited 20 minutes before the receptionist arrived. He was rude, said almost nothing; not even 'ciao'.

Bad bad bad experience. Never again.

For this price 9/10, but if you fix refrigerator and conditioner, it will be 11/10
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, perfect location

Cons:

Please change the refrigerator as some food was spoiled after couple of days because the fridge is very old and not working well. Same about conditioner.

really ok budgetwise, everything very practical, but not very stylish or beautiful.
Pros:

The location was ok. Easy to get everywhere. The inmediate surroundings are not especially beautiful. But old town super close. Just around the corner. Hotel situated at the end of some kind of parking lot. Some of the rooms might have a nice view on the harbour. Our view was ok, but nothing special. There was no personnel, but the manager answered all phone calls.
