wonderful staff and great restaurant
Amazing stay. CLEAN, excellent service and location was prime. I used the free bike one AM too! It was so relaxing. I enjoyed the pool and P6 rooftop restaurant immensely! When I go to Austin this will be my must stay!
Bad staff service. Did not like the bed, won’t return.
Location, good size rooms, bathroom very modern and shower was great. Clean rooms and public areas. Reception staff are responsive to your requests.
Lightning in rooms and public areas are too dark.
El colchón terrible
Pero que un quinta
No hay un buen restorán te para desayunar
Los hoteles de esa tarifa tiene varias opciones y este solo al cuarto o los tacos
Great to have a heated pool for the kids. Location was great and the Vera Cruz restaurant on site was very handy and tasty. The room was a good size.
The staff could have been friendlier. Good at check in but otherwise disappointing. We weren't even asked if we enjoyed our stay at check out. Would have expected better customer service.
More hanging space for towels would be good especially in family rooms.
I was so thrilled to try a new hotel in Austin as I’ve stayed at so many others and we were there for a family wedding. Thankfully, I I paid $35 extra to upgrade the room because if I would not have paid that it would’ve been even more of dungeon than it already was. There were stains all in the carpet and the room smelled like mold. I tried very hard to like this hotel because the lobby was so wonderful. Then, to my dismay, I go to put my sunglasses on this morning and they are nowhere to be found. I sent my aunt a text message asking her if she accidentally happened to take them and she told me that unfortunately hers were missing as well.
When I went to discuss it with the front desk. All they did was had me speak to someone insecurity, and they said that they were going to file a claim, and then it was no longer in their hands. Not only will I NEVER stay at your hotel again, I will make sure I tell people to not stay there.
Absolutely fantastic. Sweet pool - bike and SUP loans - great food great staff and top notch location. Told my husband this is where i want to stay on our next visit. Highly recommend the on aite restaurants too. Love also that i can text front desk!
We booked a pool pass on ResortPass great experience, great food, great atmosphere pools heated in February, which is great staff’s friendly. I highly recommend also free valet!
Anytime I travel I ALWAYS check Trip Advisor before booking a room. I've had bed bugs a couple times in Vegas and want to make sure I don't have that same problem and anxiety after a hotel stay EVERY again.
I did my due diligence on Trip Advisor and found glowing reviews for this location and decided to book a room.
When we arrived, I checked my mattress like I always do. All good. My friend however, had a few rust stains on her AKA blood from a bed bug's victim. We went downstairs to tell the front desk and were given a room on a different floor. Went into the second room and the mattress was even WORSE.
My friend now was TOTALLY freaked out and wanted to leave the hotel.
We went to the front desk and was told we would need to speak to a manager. Manager came over, didn't make eye contact with us and typed on her computer for about 5 mins. After all that she said that my reservation had been cancelled, and my card won't be charged.
No apology nothing........
We came here for the Austin marathon weekend, and as a runner in the race the location is prime. The location was perfect to the start/finish and even the expo. However, everything else was very much average- which is kind of unfortunate for how expensive everything is. The hotel is older, just updated with a face lift. I wish I would have looked into this more before booking, but no fridge or microwave in the room. We also celebrated valentines dinner at arlo grey restaurant, we did their special tasting menu, and they didn’t tell us that it was all shared portions but still $99 a person! Overall, the only thing we appreciated was the prime location of where the race happenings were.
Brandon the valet truly was a gem!! His attention to detail was unmatched. He gave us great food recommendations and was so accommodating to us. We caught a flat tire while in the valet parking lot. Brandon made sure we got air in our tire and even recommended a great tire shop in the area! Service was a 10/10! The staff really made our 1st time in Austin a great one!
Checked out of the Line today. Visiting from Atlanta. Such a walkable location. Very artsy and beautiful area. Had a great stay, and an incredibly pleasant interaction with Brandon from valet. He went above and beyond to ensure my friend and I were informed on great food & places to visit. Great customer service! Look forward to visiting the hotel again!
Great central location
Staff was helpful
Room was very nice and clean
You get the value of what you’re paying for
Atmosphere was welcoming
Hotel and 3 restaurants and a coffee shop as well as many other amenities
Didn’t have any noise around us and was a great overall experience
Location was amazing, atmosphere was fun and funky. Loved the toy horse in the room, the Palo santo on the bedside table, and the pool. The room had some super weird stuff I just couldn't get past. The bathroom lights were so unbelievably dim. They know this so they have makeup mirrors you can get by request, but they were not bright enough either. Worst part, though, is the shower is completely open to the rest of the bathroom. No shower door, no curtain. So the entire floor gets wet, as well as the bathroom sink. It would have been even worse if I was sharing the room...more than one person showering would have meant a totally soaked bathroom. Also the rooms have very little noise proofing. I could hear the guy across the hall singing in his wide-open shower several times, and lots of loud traffic noise all night.
This hotel was a let down. It looks ran down and dirty. Most surfaces and walls are badly painted or chipped. The ventilation system must be very old because the room smelled stale and the air was stagnant. The wall paper looks like it was installed badly and is peeling off. The carpet in the room was old and it smelled awful. At check out they plastered us with over 100 dollars worth of fees and taxes. The elevator was next to our room and we could here it very loudly all night. Being located so close the freeway it was also very noisy from the traffic. Over all this was way too expensive for what we got. Will never stay here again.
