The bed was really wobbly but comfortable
Our room was beautiful .The bathroom was brilliant lovely towels .
On arrival we had to ask for a better room as the one we were given was beyond basic it just wasnt up to standard.However the matter was quickly resolved and we were very happy with the outcome.

There are a few steps to the parking. Not a problem for us, and this is noted in info provided by the hotel.
Great location with easy parking and a lovely courtyard. The staff were genuinely helpful — the lady on breakfast duty even made me a bacon sandwich and coffee to go when I had to leave at 8am. Much appreciated.
Despite being upgraded (I'm not sure what was an upgrade) my room had threadbare sheets and a couple of tired looking throw cushions. I was also presented with my bill for dinner at checkout despite having paid cash the night before. This was particularly annoying.

Room was spacious, breakfast was good.
We booked a night at the Cawdor as our it was our wedding night and we had a small intimate wedding in Carmarthen.
The hotel were aware of this and we had nothing to make it special. No glass of bubbly, nobody said congratulations!
We booked this hotel due to its reputation and I was quite let down by it.
Gorgeous room in a beautiful building, situated in a fabulous location. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing food.
Nothing about the hotel disappointed but we were a bit disappointed about a lot of the shops in the town being closed when we were there. Great neighbourhood and lovely people.

Comfy bed and great location for exploring Llandelio
Hotel appears tired. Worn carpets, scuffed paint. Grout lifting around tiles (and some chipped tiles) in bathroom. Furniture in what appeared to be a lovely room a bit mis matched and a damp patch on the wall.

The heat in the room was unbearable, granted it was a “heatwave” but the small fan and half open windows weren’t great.
