Pros:

バスがトイレと同室で狭く、トイレ機能スイッチを間違って押してしまう。
洗浄用ノズル洗浄のスイッチをバスに入るため通って、お尻で押してしまい酷い目にあった。

格安で駅歩10分
Pros:

建物は新しくないが、ベッドなどは清潔で、アメニティも揃っている。お湯の出もよかった。無料のWi-Fiも快適だった。フロントも丁寧な対応だった。線路の脇なので、線路側の部屋だと、新幹線・在来線の音が気になる。駐車場は新幹線高架下で1日1000円で停められる。

過去最低でした。
Pros:

トイレの便座が小さい。
トイレットペーパーのフォルダーが縦型だから、使いにくい。
コンセントの差し込み口が圧倒的に少ない。
部屋に髭剃りも無い。ミネラルウォーター等のサービスも無い。駅から遠い。
お風呂の温度調整が面倒。空調の温度調整が出来ない。領収書の準備が遅い上に、金額が間違えている。

個人的な意見と感想
Pros:

口コミなどを見ず値段の安さで決めました。が、口コミを見るべきでした。
まずエレベーターを降りた際には雨漏りもしていてタオルやバケツが敷いてありました。部屋の中のエアコンは自分で温度設定など出来ず部屋も薄暗く、置いてあるテーブルや椅子に劣化を感じます。なんと言ってもTVのサイズに驚きです。ユニットバスも狭く長時間の移動で疲れた体を休めるには、いくらかプラスし違う所にすればよかったと思い余計に疲れてしまいました。

Pros:

私は過剰な綺麗さや設備は求めていなく、最低限きちんとしていていればよいし、駅から徒歩圏内だし何より宿泊料金も安いので最高でした。

線路沿いですが、音とか気になる程のボリュームでもないですし、安眠できます。
また機会あったら候補のホテルです。

宿泊した感想
Pros:

1.ユニットバスが、ちょっと小さい体をぶつけてしまいました。
2.お湯・水の出る量のバランスが悪い為湯が非常に熱い。
3.道路に面しているので車の音がちょっと気に障る
4.室内は、まあまあ良いかと思いました。

小雨の中を歩いて行くには、少し面倒な距離でしたが、がまんできない距離でもないぎりぎりの距離か。
