Pros:

The room was clean but the reception on the day we left on 6th May didn't give us the receipt. He was nasty in his behavior, very rude and offensive. Doesn't know customer service.

Nettes Hotel mit flexiblen Check-In und Shuttleservice zum Airport!
Pros:

Der flexible Check-in, der uns auch nach einer Flugverspätung ermöglicht wurde!
Sauberes Hotel mit ausreichend Platz und organisiertem Shuttleservice.

Cons:

Informationen zum Frühstücksangebot mussten erfragt werden. Im Lokal selbst war es für Gäste nicht ersichtlich wie das Buffet funktioniert. Nachdem wir den Herrn angesprochenen haben wurde wir aber nett bedient! 20$+Tax dürfte ein normaler Preis sein. Aufgrund der Auswahl auch ok.

Pros:

The staff was wonderful. The bed very comfortable. The bathroom spacious and spotlessly clean. Cheap parking for any city center and convenient to the Prudentual Center.

Cons:

If I were staying more than one night I would have liked a comfortable chair in the room. The lobby was very comfortable.

Pretty nice hotel.
Pros:

I stayed here during a work trip into Manhattan as it was close to the train station and walking there was a breeze. Hotel was very nice. Clean and good sized room. Staff were great very helpful. Overall quite good for a brief stay. I would stay here again, no issues with that.

It was clean

Cons:

The staff was awful, called for the shuttle, they never showed, got an uber after waiting for over 40 minutes. The said they came 3 times… they did not. Shuttle was sitting in front of hotel when we arrived. Asked for other information during our stay, they could barely be bothered. The only friendly people on staff were the bartender and young restaurant host. They were great.

Cumplió mis expectativas
Pros:

Cercania al aeropuerto, habitacion y baño de buen tamaño. Ofrecen desayuno buffet de pago y esta bien por unos 20 dólares. El personal es muy amable y el hotel tiene servicio de transporte a la estacion que nos llevaría a la Gran central de Manhattan. En general todo bien.

Cons:

El colchón, era muy blando. En España este tipo de colchon ya no lo ves en los hoteles.
