Overall pleasant place if you’re going to the Prudential Center.
Pros:

Clean and the restaurant inside and the interior of the designs and art scenery. Within walking distance of Newark Penn Station and the Prudential Center.

Cons:

The Neighbor next door that was very noisy and had no respect for other guests.

Cons:

First experience at the check-in counter, it was like this lady was not aware of the meaning of Customer service, She just told me the room I booked for and said have a sit these other people are also waiting, I was like wow 😮 what a first impression, the Welcome sucks, until another gentleman came and assist me, he was very polite, and helpful, but the said thing is that he told me that he was going to see if he can switch my room which I said that it seems like I had accidentally booked, and he made a call then told me that a room is being cleaned right now so I can just wait, I told him I appreciate it, Until I got to the room and realized that it was the same room that I booked, So i just count my loses and make myself comfortable without complaining, the food service at the restaurant was not all that, I couldn't get about three items on the menu at Dinner time, and I got served an impossible burger without dressing just ketchup that's it 😢

マンハッタンに行くのに便利です
Pros:

Newark Penn Stationまで徒歩で行けて、そこからマンハッタンまで電車で20分なので、便利な立地にあると思います。

Cons:

部屋にスリッパがあれば更に良かったと思います。

Die Lage ist hervorragend und der Shuttle Service auch. Die Zimmer hatten alles, was man braucht und waren sehr sauber.

Cons:

Meine Kreditkarte wurde wie üblich für Unvorhergesehenes belastet. Der Betrag von ca. 145 Euro wurde aber nicht wieder freigegeben und erstattet, obwohl mir vom Hotel versichert wurde, dass nach drei Tagen der Betrag zurückerstattet wird. Das ist jetzt nach drei Wochen noch nicht passiert. Ich habe an das Hotel geschrieben, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Vermutlich werde ich darauf sitzen bleiben. Ich bin sehr verärgert und enttäuscht.

The location was good for our event and hotel was clean and felt secure. A good choice for NJPAC.
Pros:

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Parking was a little chaotic since several people were trying to retrieve cars while attendant was trying to locate a space for our car.

The hotel has a very good location, close to the train station. The staff is friendly, and they offer a free airport shuttle service both to and from the airport, running every 30 minutes. It is definitely worth contacting the hotel in advance to receive the instructions, as we were not aware of this and ended up paying for transportation unnecessarily.
Cleanliness was very good.

Cons:

However, we were charged an additional deposit that has not yet been refunded, which was disappointing.

Pros:

Super schönes Hotel mit großem Zimmer und Bad.
Nicht weit von der Pennstation gelegen wo man super nach Manhatten kommt und nah zum Eishockeystadion der Devils.
Flughafentransfer inkl.
Hotel kann man definitiv empfehlen und Preis-Leistung top.
Auch ein nettes Restaurant findet man im Hotel direkt
