I had a late flight and asked for a free shuttle per advertising by the hotel. I did contact the property by sending messages along with email... Unfortunately they never replied to me, so I did cancel my stay.
Very much disappointed by their customer service and with no professional manners.

Over all it was good but they definitely need staff to help with bags and housekeeping needs to do better

Cons:

They don’t have staff to held guest with bags they just sit there and watch you struggle and they came in the room gave us new towels but never made up the bed

Nice location, below the average service!

Location is really good!

Cons:

The fact that hotel was unable to access payment done through Booking and we had to pay again using our card! This caused a long communication with booking in order to clear things and avoid double-charge(still ongoing).
