Big rooms and nice decor
Pros:

Excellent hotel with very large bedrooms and bathrooms. Quiet side street, funky decor, good bar.
Easy walk to restaurants in Ferry Street

Cons:

Charged $3 for two tiny bottles of water that were by the coffee maker. No sign that these were chargeable. Seems a bit tight!!

We were satisfied with the stay
Pros:

The location was very good - close to the train station from where the trains go directly to the NY city center. Also it is close to the Whole Food supermarket. Overall, the room was specious, clean. We were satisfied.
We also appreciated the shuttle to the airport and (although we did not use, it is nice to have) shuttle to the train station.

Cons:

Even though we closed the door to the bathroom, the vent it there was quite loud and it was not possible to turn it off. However, after a few days we got used to it. Also the elevator was doing clicking noises when used (which was surprisingly lot during the night), which could also be heard over closed doors, but we also got used to it after a few days.

Good location. Worked well with the restaurant

Cons:

Couldn’t deliver laundry service as promised and were rather indifferent towards it.
Fitness center worn out and not clean. No water.

We loved this hotel.Big room with a comfortable bed.Very clean.All the staff were very friendly.Great location for Penn station.Only 10 min walk.Also a very quiet location.

Good and central but bad communication
Pros:

The room is big. Also the bed is great and the bathroom. Water coffee machine and shampoo etc included. Very good quality and decorated. Also the spot is very good

Cons:

We have asked airport transportation but they never replied. Also the communication was bad via booking messages. And i think that in this price they could have breakfast too because the hotelbhas an excellent restaurant/bar at the lobby.
