Ok, but not great
Pros:

We liked the convenient location and the pool area was really nice.

Cons:

Their “Queen” size beds are not in fact queens at all. We all have queen beds at home and these were more like double. The breakfast was not as good as the last time we stayed there, so we only opted to have it the first morning. The staff were nowhere to be found at checkout. My family and another family were waiting well over 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Finally I went and knocked on the office door and the person was back there talking on her personal cell phone. She didn’t even put the phone down when I was trying to check out. So unprofessional.

الحفاوة، والراحة النفسية، كانك بين احبابك وأصحابك، والموقع خرافي لعشاق النقل العام الممتع في السياحة حيث محطة أتوبيس 🚌 55 الترددي من طرف الفندق الى المحطة الرئيسية ومنها الى شلالات نياجرا العظيمة عبر باص 50 والى مدينة بافلو Buffalo محطة القناة المائية التى تربطها بـ نيويورك عبر باص 40 والعديد من الوجهات حتى المطار IAG على بعد 40 دقيقة بالباص 55 و 59

يجاوره مسجد ولله الحمد على بعد 750م وسوبر ماركت Tops على بعد 950م ومعارض سيارات خاصة فورد الضخمة 💪 تستحق جولة خاصة وحديقة النهر على بعد 1.5كم وجلستها مع القهوة ما توصف

Very nice place and stay
Pros:

Walking into the lobby it smelled clean and looked inviting. The lady checking me in was nice, efficient and have me directions to my room. And the music in the lobby was fabulous!!!!!

Cons:

I can't think of anything we didn't like.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Phone in room was non operable. The cord was broken off had to use cell phone to contact the main desk. Pool and pool area were filthy. It would had been nice to get to use the pool.

The hotel room seemed clean, the bathroom was clean, the halls were clean.

Cons:

The pool was gross. We booked at this hotel because it had a pool at the water was so dirty you couldn't see through it. The whole pool area was dirty. And the water pressure in the shower was a joke. Also everytime we needed help we couldn't find anyone. Stood at the desk for almost 20 minutes waiting to check in and again trying to check out

Bad experience due to being denied my booking

It seemed reasonably clean

Cons:

I had a confirmed booking with them. I wasn’t feeling well and messaged them the day before to let them know I might be sick. I asked them to either give me a credit or a room in a corner so I wouldn’t make others sick. They said that since the booking was through booking.com and was non refundable, they would just give me a room in a corner.

Upon arrival they told me that they couldn’t see the booking in the system. As such they couldn’t give me a room. I was so frustrated. I showed them the email chain and my booking.com confirmation, but they insisted they couldn’t find the booking. The guy was reasonable and polite, but seemed puzzled. I was forced to book a last minute room elsewhere. Booking.com was completely useless and pawned off the issue on the hotel. Lost my money for the night.

Lesson learned. Will just use another app going forward. Unfortunately, I have a few more bookings with these guys.
