Pros:

Staff were pleasant especially enjoyed conversation with Treasure. Everyone was helpful and you could always find a staff member.

Cons:

They had a false fire alarm around midnight and had issues resetting the system.

Thanks for a great stay
Pros:

Nice motel near the scenic drive out to the American Falls at Niagara. Clean, safe, quiet. I especially appreciate the staff calling to let me know that I left a package (with my drone and other other important items) in the room after checkout. I really appreciate the responsible and honest staff member of the cleaning crew, who I rewarded with a $20 tip. Excellent service all round. Thank you.

Location, room size and bed

Cons:

We stayed here with our two kids and booked a non-smoking room, so it was disappointing to walk in and immediately smell smoke — despite the room clearly being marked non-smoking.

The night front desk staff did come by, but instead of offering another room, they only opened the windows and sprayed air freshener. It helped a little, but not enough. We ended up spending a couple of hours outside the room late at night with tired kids, losing sleep in the process.

We understand issues happen, but for a family stay, we expected a better solution. Hopefully management improves room checks and helps make situations like this right for future guests.
