Minus getting sleep at night it’s probably what you’d expect if you’re trying to save money on a hotel.
Pros:

It was conveniently located to outlet mall, restaurants a very short drive to the Niagara Falls convention center, which is where we needed to be. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast staff and the free breakfast were great. So many options and everything was good.

Cons:

Once in the room for the night you could hear everything. People talking in their room. Someone walking above us well into the night and very early the next morning. It could use some type of sound proofing.

Excellent experience I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The employees working at the front desk were always personable. Loved the cocoa, coffee, and tea bar availability. The whole place was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

No hot tub which wasn’t a big deal except we came back from the falls at night FROZEN and would have loved that option. Settled for the pool but it was kind of cold.
Only 1 ice machine was working, I had to try each floor before finding a working one on the last floor.
