The ac was not working - they didn’t fix it , no help to check what’s happening asked to come in the morning, didn’t offer an alternate room ; and in the morning also np apologies on the problem faced by the customer

Great location and very nice room. Skip the free breakfast.
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable enough to get a decent nights sleep.

Cons:

The continental breakfast is not set up well. The food is good and staff on hand are very friendly and helpful, however, that said, the food is in a tiny alcove which causes disorganization. There’s no clear entry/exit signs so people just go for it and it is difficult to get your food and go sit down.

Pros:

Room was clean. Always had lemon water and coffee available.

Cons:

Pool was dirty and cold. Breakfast area was very crowded. Pull out bed was very gross. Definitely not worth the money we spent.

Cons:

La piscina excelente, pero los huéspedes que se bañaban tenían mucho escándalo, no se soportaba el ruido, por el encierro del lugar, no pude durar ni media hora en el sitio, y el olor a cloro era demasiado fuerte , que picaban los ojos, así que no pude disfrutar la piscina
