Excellent experience I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The employees working at the front desk were always personable. Loved the cocoa, coffee, and tea bar availability. The whole place was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

No hot tub which wasn’t a big deal except we came back from the falls at night FROZEN and would have loved that option. Settled for the pool but it was kind of cold.
Only 1 ice machine was working, I had to try each floor before finding a working one on the last floor.

WONDERFUL HOTEL & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Pros:

This hotel was VERY NICE! We booked it based on the great reviews and they were spot on. Employees were very nice and always greeted us, the hotel was very clean and our room was so nice. It even had framed pictures of Niagara Falls on the walls in the room. Comfortable mattress, nice hot shower, closet for clothes etc. microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer.
Also you get free breakfast which was good and included eggs, bacon, cereals, breads, bagels, oatmeal, make your own waffles, fresh fruits, yogurts including Chobani, juices, muffins and more. In the evenings they have fresh made cookies in the front lobby (SO good) and they have 24hr coffee. They also have a small gift shop with some Niagara Falls stuff, plus snacks etc.
This hotel was less than 15-minutes to the Niagara Falls State Park and a really easy route to get there (TIP, park in the lot at the state park its really close to the falls and everything. $15/day)
☆☆☆☆☆ 5-STARS and highly recommend this hotel, kudos to the manager & staff for doing such a great job !

This was a one night stay. If staying longer I would have found another place to stay

The room was a large room with plenty of space.

Cons:

The key access system was not working and they could not provide me with a room key. It apparently had been down for a day or two from what I heard. Nothing was noted when I registered that the resort was experiencing problems. I had to wait for the front desk person to check in because she was walking someone to their room to let them into their room. Then after I checked in I had to be escorted to my room to be let in with their master room card. I felt like I should not leave the room because it was such a pain to have to wait for an employee to take you to your room to unlock the door. Also the parking lot should have been illuminated more at night there were areas of the parking lot that were dark and I did not want to park in those areas.

No sirve me robaron mi dinero no me dejaron entrar
Pros:

Super mal pagué la habitación no me dejaron entrar nisiquiera pagando porque según reservé en horas de madrugada pero tenía fecha para ese día y tenía que esperar al siguiente día un desastre si se supone que reservé para una fecha y acepto en línea y al llegar no me dejaron entrar con mis niñas en la calle quedé y me robaron el dinero qué desastre

Me robaron el dinero nisiquiera me dejaron entrar la reserva la tenía para el día que me tocaba ir y como según la hice en la madrugada tenía que esperar el siguiente día y no tenía lógica porque llegué en la hora que tocaba llegar ósea me robaron mi dinero

We had a good two night stay. Would stay there again.

Totally Satisfied
Pros:

Very clean. My wife and I are celebrating our 47th wedding anniversary and loved staying here. If I could I would rate this property 11 out of a 10!!!!!!!

Cons:

Hallway carpet on 2nd floor seemed worn and in need of a good cleaning. But It was still better than most we have stayed in.
