員工非常友善，飯店位置離地鐵東山線3號出口走路5分鐘，附近超級多便利商店，提供的早餐新鮮又好吃。

Personnel très gentil, literie confortable, salle de bain propre et confortable.
Le petit déjeuner est très varié, avec des spécialités locales, plusieurs plats salés cuisinés (viandes, poissons, légumes, et riz) et des viennoiseries / céréales.
L'hôtel est bien situé, proche de la station. Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel.

Cons:

Manque de clarté sur les allergènes présents au petit-déjeuner, il faut scanner un QR Code pour télécharger la fiche, difficile de s'y repérer.

We enjoyed out stay at the hotel, was very pleased with the staff who went out of their way to help.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good as it provided Japanese food along with American food.

We were impressed with the staff - Nishi and other staff who went out of their way to help us. One staff member also provided us with places to go in Nagoya. There was also a helpful man who helped my daughter with her luggage to be sent to another hotel.

Cons:

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. We were disappointed as we wanted to extend out stay but the hotel was booked since it was Golden Week.

Pros:

Lage für Nagoya gut, auch wenn uns die Stadt an sich nicht gefallen hat. Dafür kann am Ende das Hotel nichts. Es war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet.

Cons:

Betten waren klein und das Zimmer an sich klein (wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer). Das Frühstück war an sich ausreichend, aber nicht für europäischen Standard.

Pros:

一番は美味しい朝食が無料だったこと！
部屋も清潔で綺麗でした。
また、部屋のテーブルに有線LANが付いており、ワーキングスペースも十分でした！
