Pros:

La navette aéroport, gratuite, est vraiment pratique. Très ponctuelle et chauffeur très sympathique.
La chambre est confortable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour une bonne nuit.

Very nice and relaxing
Pros:

Beautiful accommodation at the right price.

Cons:

Unfortunately no 24hr shuttle service. So this added to the expenses of staying. No nearby choices to eat and therefore food at the accommodation was expensive,

Wonderful staying here especially if you are flying in or out and need an overnight. Look no further!
Pros:

Perfect stay for overnight or short stays!
Laundry, airport and train shuttle, onsen, restaurant, clean , modern architecture, on the river, quiet.

Cons:

Not many options to walk and eat. You must take the shuttle.

Awesome, comfy bed, modern hotel.
Pros:

Love the hotel. Will stay there again on my Haneda layovers.

Cons:

Elevator requires card key. I didn't remember that from my last stay and staff should remind guests elevator won't move without the card key.

送迎バスの活用で時間を節約できる事、深夜到着でも大浴場が旅の疲れを癒してくれます！
Pros:

空港送迎バスがあり、早朝、深夜の移動が至近でとても便利です。飛行機が遅延し送迎バスの最終に間に合わず、困りましたがタクシーで1400円でホテルへ到着できて一安心…羽田空港T3からが至近です。

Cons:

アルコールの自動販売機を別階のベンダールームにも設置して欲しいです。

This is a wonderful hotel. We had a great stay.
Pros:

Incredibly polite and helpful staff. The hotel provides plenty of free tea and coffee and other cool things, like face masks, hair brushes etc . There is a.fabulous japanese hot bath. The bus shuttle from and to the airport and the train station is a special bonus.

Cons:

The bar closes at 8 pm which is quite strange as many people would be heading at that time for some food and drink after the whole day of sightseeing.
