Most enjoyable, excellent stay.
Pros:

The reception staff were extremely helpful in getting our luggage relocated to another hotel while we overnighted at Mt Fuji. Bus drivers were very accommodating as were staff at the breakfast bar and dinner

Convenient and modern hotel near airport
Pros:

Clean and modern hotel with view to airport and a 7min shuttle bus to the terminal in the morning for an early flight. It is a bus ride away from Kawasaki station where there is loads of food options. We only checked in late afternoon and had supper at the hotel. Excellent restaurant serving pizza/pasta/meat. Second stay for us and will come again. Cannot hear the planes despite being so close to Haneda airport.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel, absolut ruhige und schöne Umgebung und perfekter Service.
Viele kostenfreie Extras wie Shuttle Service, Yoga, Karate, E-Bikes und Onsen sowie Sauna ab September.
Super freundliches Personal.

hotel good, surroundings not good
Pros:

There was a shuttle bus that took you to airport and Kawasaki, which you needed as there was nothing around the hotel, ETC no shops, restaurants, tried to go to hotel restaurant, but there was some sort of a convention on so had nothing to eat except a sandwich from the 7/ 11 down the road

Cons:

it was lick being in jail, as you had no where to go
