This was the most disappointing visit to date , have been here a lot over the last few years.
Pros:

I have stayed here several times and the room I was allocated was by far the worst yet , small , with the tiniest en suite with the washandbasin outside in the bedroom. Shower was awful and kept changing temperature when in use. Floors were the noisiest ever. Creaking non stop with every step. Breakfast was great , but I will need to ensure I dont get room 12 next time I am up. Restaurant was good and breakfast excellent.

Cons:

Room 12 is not worth paying £140 for when my colleague was over in the lodge with a far superior room and he actually paid less. See detailed comments above

Fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

I didn’t have breakfast. The location was excellent and the room was fantastic. All the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Any issues dealt with immediately. Fantastic stay.
