Hübsche Hotel
Pros:

Das Design, die nette Bar, Restaurants und guter Bäcker fürs Frühstück nahebei, hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Das Frühstück! Völlig überteuert, schlechte Qualität. Aber um die Ecke gibt es eine Boulangerie, wo wir gut gefrühstückt haben.
Die Zimmer werden nur jeden dritten Tag gereinigt.

Good central location. Easy to reach tourist sites through local transport.

Cons:

Room were good but if beds were slightly smaller then you gave more room to get around. Also don't think there is need for two chairs and table

Comfortable, great location and wonderful facilities.
Pros:

Really well located. Quiet and in a lovely neighbourhood. Great onsen (particularly nice touch having new towels).

Posizione, arredo della camera, spettacolo pomeridiano, acqua offerta ogni giorno

Cons:

La grandezza della camera, il passaggio con la valigia aperta è praticamente impossibile.
Pulizia della camera migliorabile, va bene che non venga fatta ogni giorno (anche se i cestini dell' immondizia sono minuscoli e dopo un giorno non ci sta più nulla) ma il giorno della pulizia deve essere fatta davvero!
Uno dei due giorni previsti per la pulizia non ci sono state lavate le tazze, sono rimaneste sporche per giorni e le abbiamo dovute lavare noi per riusarle

This hotel is in a great location for walking and getting a bus to get around Kyoto.
Pros:

Great location, nice restaurant (met a friend for coffee, had dinner once), the spa bath was great at the end of the day, the maiko dance in the lobby, the small table and chairs in the room. The tourist map had 3 nice tourist walks.

Cons:

We (two friends) had small suitcases, but the space was quite tight for opening them up.

Pros:

Top Lage in einer Seitenstraße Nähe der City Hall. Daher ist es sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten mitten im Geschehen. Zu Fuß kommt man wirklich zu alle touristischen Attraktionen. Wenige Meter entfernt ist auch eine Metro Station.
Das Personal ist grundsätzlich nett und das Housekeeping sehr hilfsbereit. Außerdem fand ich super, dass es im Hotel einen Onsen gab (Achtung: nur ohne Tattoos).

Die Betten und Kopfkissen sind gemütlich, um wirklich entspannt schlafen zu können. Jeden Tag wird leckerer drip-coffee und Trinkwasser im Zimmer bereitgestellt.

Cons:

Für das Geld habe ich einen besseren Standard und eine hochwertige Ausstattung erwartet. Es ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer ist meiner Meinung nicht sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Die Stühle sind z.B. viel zu groß und nehmen viel Platz ein. Es gibt daher sehr wenig Stauraum. Für 2 große check in Koffer wird es keinen Platz geben.

Außerdem ist es sehr staubig im Zimmer gewesen, ich bezweifle dass hier jedes Mal gründlich geputzt wird.

Das Bad ist auch sehr klein und ähnelt optisch eher einem Hostel Bad. Außerdem stank es aus dem Abfluss.

Was mich allerdings am meisten enttäuscht hat ist, dass es keine Smart TV in dem Zimmer gibt. Man konnte abends im Bett also nur japanische TV Sender schauen schauen ;)

Schönes, komfortables Hotel und zentraler Lage
Gion-Viertel, Kaiserpalast und die zentralen Einkaufsstraßen waren fußläufig erreichbar
Die Zimmer sind für japanische Verhältnisse groß und gut eingerichtet
Frühstück war gut und ausreichend
Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt

Cute room but not to standard due to dust.
Pros:

We stayed in a traditional room. Looks great on the outside. Can borrow hair straighteners and hair curlers.

Cons:

Not clean, on arrival had a little dust. Breakfast not great.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, bequeme Betten
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in attraktiven Vierteln mit Cafés, Geschäften, am Flüsschen. Gutes Frühstück mit Auswahl sowohl japanischer wie westlicher Speisen, sehr guter Kaffee an der Bar serviert, angenehme Lobby, besonders aufmerksames und sehr freundliches Personal, Hilfe bei Restaurantreservierung etc.
Würde dieses Hotel sofort wieder buchen.
