Pulitissimo ed elegante
Pros:

La struttura è moderna, pulitissima ed offre qualsiasi tipo di confort. Propongono un breve spettacolo pomeridiano che ci è piaciuto molto. Il punto forte però è l’onsen che è stato tra i più belli del nostro soggiorno. Lo consiglierò sicuramente e, se dovessimo tornare a Kyoto, torneremo.

Mooi verblijf in Japanse stijl kamers
Pros:

Heel mooi hotel en ruime kamer! Fijne zitruimte en genoeg opbergruimte ook. De locatie is prima, kan wellicht iets centraler, maar je loopt makkelijk naar downtown Kyoto met veel restaurants en winkels etc! Het hotel heeft onze luggage forwarding uitstekend geregeld.

Cons:

Hotelkamer kan wellicht iets beter worden schoongemaakt, hier en daar wat stof.

it was amazing
Pros:

I liked the hot spring, the little activities like meeting a maiko, the drip coffee and matcha tools in the room.

Cons:

my pillow smells bad. also, other inconsiderate guests brought their phones into the hotspring.

Bellissima esperienza!
Pros:

Bellissima struttura vicina al centro città. Camera grande, letti molto comodi e onsen molto bello. Ambiente molto rilassante e personale molto gentile. Riproneterei assolutamente qui se di ritorno a Kyoto!
