Pros:

We liked the hotel. Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I was delighted to see the Maiko performance that takes place every day in the hotel lobby. On rainy days, they provided us with umbrellas.

Lovely Stay
Pros:

The hotel is very culturally modern and beautifully designed. The breakfast is unique and delicious. Located within steps of a convenience store, ATM/money exchange and a 15-minute stroll to two train lines and city sights.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit expensive for guests.

Wonderful hotel near Kyoto City Hall
Pros:

I stayed for three weeks and was really happy with the room and the ambiance. The hotel's design is aesthetically pleasing, which is really important for me.

On my arrival, the hotel wanted to apply the 'cleaning once in three days' policy which they do not publicly announce but which they try to impose (as I had this experience in Fukuoka). It seems to be the policy of the Resol chain. I indicated I find this unacceptable, so they immediately retracted. I appreciate it that my room was given cleaning as the European standard is.

Cons:

Public spaces where one could sit for a while were too limited.
There is a great free yoga class twice a week, but it is scheduled at 6.20. Too early.

Pros:

The hotel was so beautiful and the rooms were really nice and clean, it's in a great walking distance to the markets and train station too.

Cons:

The room size as expected for Japan is a bit on the smaller side, so something to note if you are staying here

京都の素敵な隠れ宿見つけました！
Pros:

大浴場、芸妓さんの踊り、中庭、こじんまりとした素敵なホテルでした。

廊下が少し暗かった😅

よかったです
Pros:

デザインとか凝ってるんだろうけど
椅子が座りづらいと言うか使いにくいかなと思いました
冷蔵庫もありましたし、困ることはなかったです。
行く目的地に近いので来年も利用したいです、抱き枕があって寝やすかったです。

椅子の下に袋のゴミが落ちていた

おおむね満足（コストパフォーマンス的に）
Pros:

ベッドが快適でぐっすり眠れた
引き出しに鏡があって化粧するのにありがたかった
抹茶セットがうれしい
部屋や特にバスルームが清潔感があって気持ちがよい
大浴場があったので疲れがとれた
フロントの方の対応はよかった

Cons:

スーツケースを拡げるスペースをつくるのに少し工夫が必要だった
ただ、これは予約時からわかっていたことなので許容範囲

Excelentes ubicación, habitación preciosa y servicio excelente
Pros:

La habitación muy bonita y acogedora, así como las instalaciones de todo el hotel. Nos encantaron los pijamas. Y el café que te daban era increible, así como el té matcha.
La ubicación muy buena, pudimos ir andando a casi todos los sitios turísticos.
Y finalmente, el servicio muy atento y detallista, fuimos por nuestra luna de miel y nos hicieron un elefante con las toallas y nos dejaron una tarjeta.

Cons:

Había muy poco espacio para abrir las maletas. La habitación era grande, pero la cama era muy grande y había una mesita y una par de sillas, por lo que no quedaba mucho espacio (por decir ninguno) para poderlas abrir. Pero para nosotros no fue ningún inconveniente y volveríamos a este hotel sin dudarlo.
