Vue époustouflante
Pros:

La vue époustouflante au rooftop! Et pas très loin du centre.
Atmosphère fun et cool
Des espaces sympathiques mais accès aux chambres assez labyrinthique!

Cons:

Pas toujours efficaces en termes de room service(renouvellement café par exemple)

Pros:

Eingangsbereich und Empfang ist sehr schön gestaltet. Frühstück war auch ganz gut.

Cons:

Leider hat das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis nicht gepasst. Sehr kleines Zimmer, Gang sowie Aufzüge sehr ungemütlich und gruselig. Viel zu teuer für die Leistung. Schläuche in der Dusche waren kaputt.

Der Ausblick von der Poolterrasse und die Tramhaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel

Cons:

Die Betten waren zu hart. Die Bettbezüge mit diesen Luftkissen. Ganz schwierig.
Die Ausstattung ist von tiefer Qualität und man sieht, dass möglichst günstig gebaut werden musste.
Der Wunsch nach zwei Einzelbetten wurde nicht erfüllt stattdessen gab man uns das Eckzimmer, bei welchem man in den „Genuss“ der ganzen Strassenkreuzung kommt. Die Zimmer sind gegen Aussen schlecht isoliert, sodass man viel Strassenlärm mitbekommt.
Die Klimaanlage ist starr ausgerichtet, sodass sie direkt aus Bett windete, was sie unbrauchbar macht.
Da das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war, gab es sicher bessere Optionen. Wenn nicht, dann will ich die anderen Zimmer nicht sehen. Die Terrasse ist faktisch nicht vorhanden, weil viel zu klein für die Nachfrage, sodass man als Hotelgast nicht mal einen Drink nehmen oder dort essen kann.
Das Checkin ist eher ein Self-Checkin am Computer. Trotzdem müssen dort ständig 2 Personen anwesend sein. Da frage ich mich, weshalb nicht gleich ein kundenfreundliches Checkin angeboten wird. Zudem verlangt man von allen Gästen Name+Adresse+Passport-Nr. und dann auch noch EMail+Telefonnummer und eine elektronische Unterschrift. Datentechnisch halte ich das für schwierig.

Pros:

Great location near city center and the train station. Big room and very comfy big bed. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the rooftop bar view an amazing view over Florence and beautiful sunsets. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We even got a discount in the bar after waiting too.long for our wine.

All in all a good place if you want to explore the city.

Cons:

Parts of the bathroom need a bit of maintenance.
No one is cleaning under the beds, we have found glasses from previous guests. I think it was mentioned already in some other reviews.
If you are sensitive to noise the hotel is near a very traffic heavy street with trams and cars. I can't believe they didn't put better windows as you can clearly hear the traffic, especially police cars and ambulance. Really not a 4 star hotel standard.
Breakfast is super pricey with 19 EUR per person, we skipped it and found multiple places near the hotel - Valu is a great breakfast place just 5 minutes from the Hotel. Or just go to il Mercato Centrale die Firenze you will find something.
