During peak periods, reservations are required to use the pool. Reservations are divided into fixed time slots and include a maximum 15-minute delay. Tout ! L'emplacement, la gentillesse et l'efficacité du personnel, l'accueil au top, la propreté des chambres, le petit déjeuner extraordinaire, les chambres sont belles, le rooftop est incroyable, sa piscine aussi, et la vue encore plus, les balançoires à l’entrée, la salle de gym 24h/24 et sans frais supplémentaires, tous les produits de très bonne qualité, et l'accès direct à plusieurs types de transport.
L'espace extérieur si grand au milieu de la ville.
J’aime beaucoup le contraste entre la vue d'ensemble extérieure très belle du bâtiment et la modernité des commodités à l’intérieur de l’hôtel :)
A 2 arrêts de tram de la gare Santa Maria Novella, c’est royal !
Je recommande vivement !

Lovely hotel for a short stay in Florence
Pros:

Staff were great and it was a great hotel for teenagers. We loved the roof terrace and gym.

Bellissimo hotel. Soggiornerò nuovamente.
Pros:

Posizione ottima. Struttura molto bella. Palestra stupenda, vista ottima. Un hotel molto molto bello.

Cons:

L’unica nota negativa è che si sentivano le voci e urla di bambini dai piani di sopra, c’era poco contenimento dei rumori.

Fantastic location with room for improvement for guests
Pros:

The check-in staff are really friendly and try to accommodate you whenever they can. The location is fantastic as it’s a short walk to SMN train station and the historical center, plenty of bars and restaurants within easy reach.

Cons:

The daily cleaning service needs improvement, it seemed like they only made the beds. The mini bar area with dirty coffee cups was left untouched and toilet paper not replaced. The bathroom was evidently not cleaned at all as stains were visible after the cleaning service. The rooftop terrace has a lovely view but they don’t serve food until 6pm and the biggest flaw was the no communication at booking or check in that the pool was closed as it played a big factor in booking this property. The gym could do with a few minor details such as water and towels.

Gymmet! Både inredningen, läget och storleken. Fantastiskt!
Spårvagnen utanför underlättade för oss. Närheten till tågstationen var också ett plus för oss.

Lite svårt att hitta då det var så stort och man letade rätt hissar
