- Access to swimming pool is limited to 2 hours/day maximum and reservation for sunbed have to be made in advance to the reception.
- Once the swimming pool area have reached maximum capacity in order to allow safe social distance, we cannot guarantee the possibility to reserve a place a such day and time.
Usually, the pool is open in the summer months until mid-afternoon, but availability depends on weather conditions, which unfortunately we cannot predict! If the use of the pool is essential for your stay with us, we recommend that you contact our Reception before booking your room.
During peak periods, reservations are required to use the pool. Reservations are divided into fixed time slots and include a maximum 15-minute delay. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the reservation time or do not show up, it will be considered a "no-show" and your seat may be allocated to people physically waiting at the Rooftop.

La qualité et les services proposés dans l’hôtel, la chambre était très confortable, hyper agréable.
Une vue exceptionnelle rend d’autant plus positif cet expérience, le petit déjeuner était délicieux, bien approvisionné.
Tous les membres du personnel étaient très agréables également. Un séjour qui a répondu parfaitement à mes besoins et attentes.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa no The Social Hub Florence Lavagnini! O hotel é moderno, lindo, confortável e tem um ambiente jovem e descontraído. A limpeza foi impecável e o atendimento, excelente. Embora o quarto adaptado para pessoas com deficiência já estivesse ocupado, disponibilizaram-nos outro quarto que atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades.
A localização é muito conveniente, com a paragem do tram mesmo em frente, facilitando o acesso ao centro de Florença, onde conseguimos explorar muita coisa a pé.
O rooftop é simplesmente fantástico, com uma vista incrível sobre Florença, perfeito para apreciar a cidade enquanto se toma um drink! O restaurante tem boas opções, embora os preços sejam um pouco elevados. Já o pequeno-almoço, que não estava incluído, valeu muito a pena na cafeteria do próprio hotel, com opções saborosas e a preços acessíveis.
Foi uma escolha de última hora e custou mais do que tínhamos planejado, mas valeu cada euro! Recomendamos muito.

I like that they are very conscious about how much water is used in showers, etc. However, I found the shower floor to be extremely slippery. I did not fall but I can understand how someone could and that could also end up in a lawsuit. I did mention this to management and was told they follow the guidelines provided to them. When I was at the Radisson Blu in Manchester, they had a shower mat rolled up and held by a rubber band to use in the shower. I think this would be a very small investment on behalf of this property to insure there are no slip and falls in the shower.
My fridge didn't work. I was "upgraded" a room and that fridge didn't work either. Who signs off on these rooms before making them available? My bedside lamp also did not work. The prongs were bent and couldn't fit into the holes.

Ontbijt was oke. Niet heel bijzonder.
De prijs per nacht is wel aan de hoge kant.
