Pros:

Overall, we had a great stay. The location is excellent, the hotel is beautiful, and the room was comfortable with a very cozy bed. The design is modern and offers great value for the price. The highlight was definitely the stunning rooftop pool on the sixth floor, with breathtaking panoramic views over the entire city.

Cons:

The only two downsides were that, depending on where your room was located, getting to the rooftop pool could take a while because you had to walk through the hotel and use different elevators. Also, during the summer the pool area gets quite crowded, and there isn’t a lot of space. However, the incredible views from the rooftop pool made it absolutely worth it.

Great stay at this hotel
Pros:

Loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The pool was such a relief to escape the heat. Great location and view from rooftop/pool area.

They close the skybar for pricate events and don’t let their own gusts use the main area of the hotel.
Pros:

Lovely property with really nice skybar and pool. Only issue was they closed the sky bar on our first night due to a private event which was not mentioned on the booking. Completely unacceptable!!

Pros:

The free laundry facility was a big bonus. We had been traveling for weeks and it was time to wash clothes. Every other hotel wanted a crazy amount to send out our clothes to be washed.

Cons:

The pool area was small and very crowded, we couldn't use it.
Also not having any restaurants or cafe open in the hotel on Sunday was inconvenient. But was given a good recommendation to a restaurant near by from a member of staff worked out fine.

Fantastic and will definitely recommend, stay again, and stay at the other venues when travelling around.
Pros:

The vibe was excellent. We loved the collab concept and the rooftop bar was amazing!

Cons:

We were fine one we got used to the tram but to start we felt we were too far out of town.

Fijn verblijf, je krijgt waar voor je geld

Gunstig gelegen voor het bezoeken van musea.
Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt.

Gezellige vibe op een mooie locatie in Firenze
Pros:

Leuke locatie en het hotel heeft een gezellige jonge uitstraling. Er is vers gesneden fruit bij het ontbijt, lekker!

Cons:

Luide muziek aan het zwembad en het ontbijt verliep wat chaotisch. De buffetruimte is te klein voor het aantal gasten.

Schön aber nichts für ruheliebende
Pros:

Fitnesscenter hat eine gute Ausstattung. Pool auf der Dachterasse ist super. Frühstück von Auswahl und Atmosphäre war toll.

Cons:

Permanent laute Musik im Innenhof bis in die Nacht hinein und gut im Zimmer hörbar. Zu wenig Lifte mit konfuser Programmierung und schlechte Beschimderung innerhalb des Hotels (nicht mal das WC in der Lobby ist angeschrieben)
