- Access to swimming pool is limited to 2 hours/day maximum and reservation for sunbed have to be made in advance to the reception.
- Once the swimming pool area have reached maximum capacity in order to allow safe social distance, we cannot guarantee the possibility to reserve a place a such day and time.
Usually, the pool is open in the summer months until mid-afternoon, but availability depends on weather conditions, which unfortunately we cannot predict! If the use of the pool is essential for your stay with us, we recommend that you contact our Reception before booking your room.
During peak periods, reservations are required to use the pool. Reservations are divided into fixed time slots and include a maximum 15-minute delay. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the reservation time or do not show up, it will be considered a "no-show" and your seat may be allocated to people physically waiting at the Rooftop.
Please note: a €50 pre-authorization will be placed on your card at check-in to cover any potential incidentals. This amount is temporarily reserved and will be released after your stay.Swimming pool: Closed from Thu, Oct 1, 2026 until Fri, Apr 30, 2027

Pool was great but if that isn't important to you I'd get a hotel closer to center of town. Great concept for students abroad which I think the Social Hubs are all about. Drinks and food were expensive but view from the pool was amazing.
Sehr gute Lage, direkt gegenüber ist der Anschluss zur Straßenbahn.
Es ist sehr groß und etwas unpersönlich. Für junge Leute super. Es war alles sauber aber nicht so ganz unser Geschmack. Dennoch hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in Florenz.
Really welcoming, easy to get too. Rooms very comfortable, clean and staff great.
Great food at the cafe,
Several pool closures due to private events. However if I had paid more attention to the notices in the lifts I would have not been disappointed and gone for an earlier swim.

Cela aurait été précisé a la réservation nous aurions réservé ailleurs.
TRÈS TRÈS MÉCONTENT
It was a vibrant, convenient hotel to stay in. It was easy to get to all of the sights in Florence that we wanted to see. Staff were very helpful and having the rooftop pool to cool off in was a real bonus. It had a tram stop right outside the front entrance which took us to the airport in 25 mins for 1-2 euros!
We were in a twin bedded room, as a couple of friends, the beds were the narrowest I’ve ever seen! Single beds could have been a bit wider?

Modern, clean, great location. Pool was beautiful with the most amazing views.
Seating was limited around the pool. However we did manage to enjoy the pool by sitting and dangling our legs into the water.

We liked the location, and that you could do your washing.
The rooms were very small and we booked a king executive, however we did not have the opportunity to use the pool as it was closed for 2 private events 2 nights in a row. I personally believe this is a good place for younger people to stay and that the size of the pool and deck surounding the pool is a very small size considering how many guests they have, also noting that the pool closes at 7pm.
De ligging, 15 min te voet naar het historische centrum, onmiddellijk aan de halte van de tram vanuit de luchthaven 25min.
De algemene vibe, de mix van de klanten,de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, het uitzicht vanop het rooftop terras.
Eigenlijk niets,het zwembad was iets aan de kleine kant,de kamer was basic maar had alles.
There are some good facilities, laundry, fitness facilities and a good Cafe in the hotel
The rooftop bar/pool was closed 2 nights for private events and they were so incredibly loud there was no chance of sleep. They should really inform you that these parties are on during your stay so you can choose to cancel and stay somewhere else. Also if you do decide to stay, do not stay on floor 5, you'll hear all the weights being dropped from the gym above 24/7.
