This was our 10th hotel on a twelve day trip around the Philippines. The staff really stood out at this place. Even with all the other friendly and accommodating hotel staff we had met before staying here. They have everything in this hotel. You dont have to leave for anything. We had a late flight that night and were about to be roaming with luggage or sitting in the airport for many hours after checkout. They approved a very late checkout for us . Imagine the stress that took off of us. We are extremely grateful and left on a very positive note.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating! I couldn't imagine better service. The rooms were big with a lot of great features like automatic blinds, TVs and aircon in both rooms, and switches at the front door to control lights, blinds and aircon. There are also fantastic amenities like a gym, a lovely pool area and even tennis courts. The Alpha Suites exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it.
Perhaps a few things in the room are a bit old. But everything was very clean, so it is a very minor detail.
The location isn't ideal. You need a grab to see any of the sites.
Очень красивые аппартаменты, уже не очень новые , но красивые. Вид из окна просто превосходный. Отличный район! Кухня удобная, есть и плита и духовка даже посудомоечная машина. Есть стиральная машина и сушка .
Когда приехали на кухне и в гостиной были очень грязные полы , ну они были прямо очень-очень грязные. Попросили помыть еще раз - все намыли. Спасибо большое.
В одном из туалетов плохо работает смыв (это не беда , так как есть еще два туалета)
Вода горячая будет работать хорошо , если душ принимают по очереди. Одновременно в два душа ходит не советую.

Incredible facilities, it's like a little village . You almost don't need to venture out. They have a nurse and a doctor, nice breakfast, basketball court, tennis, table tennis, swimming pools, jai alai, movie rooms...everything. There's a supermarket downstairs as well as 7 Eleven and heaps of restaurants in the compound.
Staff are all nice, polite and happy.
The room facilities are as pictured, Light and well fitted with washing machine, dryer, stove, oven and basic cutlery and cooking equipment. It is clean and serviced daily, really good.

They need to vacuum the carpets in the bedroom, especially under the rug in the lounge. It was dirty. There were no bowls or knife to cut fruits- lack kitchen ware, unlike the previous property I stayed in two years ago in the same building. This time, very little in terms of cooking ware and utensils.
Appartamento enorme e super funzionale con un sacco di elettrodomestici. Pulitissimo. Personale gentile e comodo per molti ristoranti interni a disposizione visto che e' collocato in una zona di soli uffici e quindi poco commerciale.L'unico appunto che mi sento di far notare e' il bagno leggermente sottodimensionato rispetto all'ampiezza dell'appartamento.

Our stay at Alpha Suites was wonderful, and we would happily return anytime.
We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Apartment which offered a spacious and modern living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a large sofa, comfortable beds, and en-suite bathrooms. The apartment also included a washing machine and dryer, which was extremely convenient. Everything was clean and very well equipped.
A special highlight for us was the pool area, beautifully designed with a separate kiddie pool and a pleasant atmosphere in the evenings to relax and spend time together. The food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive.
Alpha Suites was the perfect place to arrive and settle in Manila. The location in Makati is excellent, with a 7-Eleven right next door for any additional necessities.

Was situated perfectly based on my needs. Easy to get a taxi and to get around. Nice apartment, nothing to complain about. Nice restaurants from 7 different countries, Japan, Italy, Spain, Greece, Usa, Thailand and China as far as I remember. Great food and menues.
Information about the tricky different electrical ways to use all the facilities in the apartment. No instruction manual. Many TV channels, but few for tourists from other than the local areas. No live music in the bar, not even a piano player during our 4 days stay.
Room is sooo nice, very clean and spacious. Fixtures and ammenities are great!
Staff area is in front of our room, and we can hear some noises especially chit-chatting, sometimes in the evening, almost bedtime. Wifi needs improvement, i took some very important video calls and had poor connectivity. We were lent a pocket wifi which also did not help.
