No breakfast even though we offered to pay more>
No breakfast even though we offered to pay extra charges to the hotel. The bedroom has no wall socket next to the bed, which is very disappointing, the shower water flow was very poor, the shower enclosure was very small for a large person. We were told checkout was at 10 am however, at 9am we were putting our luggage in the vehicle at the time when we went up into the room their was a lady putiing our stuff in a pile in order to clean the room.. Checkout is 10am the staff should not be coming into the room until we had fully checked out which had been done before 10am. We did complained at the front desk regarding a staff being in the room before checkout. The reply at the front desk they are very sorry.

Couldn’t purchase breakfast as stated on booking.com so not sure if it’s hotel error or yourselves. Rooms above entertainment room I wouldn’t recommend as it’s very loud.
Nice location . But in back room, noise coming from outside when you open windows. So much disturbance
Clean and Friendly Staff
Location was very good. Hotel Staff were friendly. Bonus little car park at the back of the hotel. Clean rooms. Overall not bad.
Shower didn’t have much pressure. A bit dated and could do with a freshen up.

Good location, carpark at the hotel. Nice staff. Very good entertainment on both nights.
We were advised at the time of booking that evening meals and breakfast would be available at the hotel. When we tried to book a table, we were informed that the hotel was full and no tables were available even though we were staying at the hotel..
Breakfast is good, staff is very friendly and kind.
Lounge was nice for children playing, so many games for children available.
I got the back room , it was very noise from outside when you open window in summer. Must be provide the fan so you can close the window.
Room was not properly clean. Mattress was not comfortable and had so many springs in bunk bed. Can’t sleep properly. Wi fi is not available in rooms.
