Friendly helpful staff at reception and restaurant
Nothing major but towels weren’t changed only left 2 out the 4 to be
We were welcomed by a lovely, friendly, helpful lady on the front desk.
The smell of sewage from the bathroom and damp in one of the rooms was not pleasant at all.
We mentioned this to a man on the front desk when we checked out but he didn't seem bothered.
The main corridors and certain rooms could do with some attention.

the hotel staff were extremely friendly the whole experience was enjoyable it was in a good position for our needs breakfast good value parking is free and easy to park room dated but adequate and clean and spacious
the bathroom was dated and tired but clean it was like stepping back in time but very enjoyable not really suitable for young couples

The hotel is small, but nice. The staff are friendly and the hotel is within walking distance of the beach. There are all the necessary amenities packed into a hotel room.
Very impressed with the stay. Friendly staff, check in was quick. Room was clean and tidy. 5 minutes walk to beach. Sea/beach view from the room. Walking distance to the town centre/restaurants. Free parking on site. Comfortable stay with the family.

Good location, good hotel, would have liked some sort of a headboard on the beds and bed lights were right above our heads which we did bump our heads a few times on.

Solo stay in a single room. Clean and comfortable. Few minutes walk to beach and main pier. Mini supermarket also a few mins away. Coffee tea and kettle, small table fan, soap in shower and at sink, two towels, daily room service. The water heater pipes were slightly noisy at night, but I had earplugs so it was no problem. Full English breakfast (also veggie option) served from 8:15, make your choice of breakfast the night before and it’s on your assigned table the next morning.
Cheapest price around for this central location, would definitely stay again. Thank you.
Room very dated,needs decorating.
Windowsill and curtains all mouldy.
Hairs in the bed. Kettle covered in scale. Bathroom so small you hit your head on the radiator as you sit down. Noisy from 630am

Convenient location, checkin efficient but a dared property with dated family room, poor bathroom, mould effected sealent. The room needed completely updating and renovating.
My continental breakfast was an apple, one croissant and an open yogurt....very poor. We won't be going back to the hotel again.
