A clean and friendly hotel in an incredibly convenient location.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, very close to Lake Geneva, the beautiful old town area, loads of restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. The transport card was very useful and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

The room was very hot overnight and the air conditioning wasn’t very effective and turned off every couple of hours.

Great value, helpful personnel, great location
Pros:

Comfortable rooms, sparking clean bathrooms, quiet street, close to huge grocery store (Manor). Both the lady who checked us in (didn't catch her name) and Amad (who got us checked out and was kind enough to order us a taxi when our Uber never showed up) were wonderful. The hotel was also very kind in letting us check in an hour early.

Location is excellent but the receptionists ( except one who was charming and very informative) were extremely dismissive, especially one on our last morning.

Good place for a business trip.
Pros:

Location is great, central but calm, walking distance to everything. Lot’s of restaurants and cafes, monuments nearby. Room was clean.

Cons:

Got the room at the top floor, so attic ceiling are not the most comfortable. Otherwise all good.

Pros:

The room was huge and comfortable. The place is perfect to explore ciry on foot. Nice bars right outside the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was very disapointing. It looked not fresh. Also, there were no hot food, only simple sandwiches and eggs.
