Fait le job d'un 3 étoiles, mais pourrait et devrait faire mieux.
Pros:

Hôtel rénové, chambre spacieuse et confortable, bien situé dans le quartier Cornavin. Personnel attentif et souriant.

Cons:

Pas de ménage dans la chambre compris dans le prix de 4 nuits... Salle de bains et wc séparés du lit par cloison vitrée partiellement sablée.
Odeurs désagréables remontant par la plomberie, problème résolu par l'intervention d'un technicien. Et comme souvent, literie confortable, mais linge de lit mi-coton mi synthétique, couette en synthétique trop chaude. 2 dosettes de café offertes pour 4 nuits... C'est maigre.

Pros:

Locația excelentă, aproape de Gara, de mijloacele de transport si de centrul Genevei si lac. Camerele foarte curate. Personalul foarte amabil.

Charmant et bien localisé !
Pros:

Sa localisation en face de l'ancienne Ecole ménagère ; sa proximité avec la passerelle enjambant le lac ; son calme le dimanche matin, on se serait cru à la campagne.

Cons:

Le manque de barres dans la douche (par ailleurs magnifique!) et de possibilité de poser savon ou produits de soin personnels DANS la cabine de douche...

Konumu harika, yürüyerek tüm geçilmesi gereken yerleri görebiliyorsunuz, çalışanlar güler yüzlü, sıcak su sorunu olmadı, saç kurutma makinesi çok kaliteli, bebek beşiği de işimizi gayet gördü, temiz ve büyüktü.

Cons:

Hem banyo kapısı hem duşakabin kapısı çok gıcırdıyordu gece tuvalete gitmek işkence oldu bebek varken, yatak rahatsızdı 4/10 puan veriyorum yayları oldukça bozulmuştu. Temizliği iyiydi çarşaflar bembeyazdı. Check out yapalı 4 günü geçti, girişte çekilen depozito bedeli hala yatmadı. Bu kadar uzun sürdüğünü hiç görmemiştim. En rahatsız olduğumuz nokta çıkarken minibardan yiyecek içecek kullanımı oldu mu diye soruldu hayır diye cevap verdik ancak o sırada kontrol etmediler. Arkamızdan mail atılmış 1 adet sparkle Water kullanılmıştır diye. Bunun için bizden 3.50 frank keseceklermiş. Kendilerine cevap yazdım ama sanırım geç dönüş yaptığım için bana cevap vermediler. Minibarda 2 adet su vardı biz muhtemelen ücretsizdir diye düşündük ama riske atmamak için kendimiz dışarıdan büyük sular aldık ve onları kullandık. Buna rağmen kendimizi savunma ihtimalimiz olmayan bir durumda arkamızdan ücret kesintisi yapılacağı söyleniyor. Bu kabul edilebilir bir durum değil. 1,5 litre su markette 0.69 frank, 0,50 litre su otelde 3,50 frank. Kim bu riski göze alır ki?!

Hotel ma dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, great location
Pros:

This is my second time staying at the hotel. It’s in an amazing location (near the lake and a short walk from the train station) the staff were amazing to me helping me with my lost bag and passport and helped me book the room again for a few extra days. The rooms were clean and comfy and the decor felt really modern.

Cons:

Nothing not to like!
