Cons:

Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night in another room. Very difficult to get a response and once someone arrived the Y accused me of smoking. Checked out early.

Pros:

There is a little kettle in the room and some snacks provided - so sweet. The hot water in the shower almost immediately.

Cons:

A bit complicated system to connect to wifi, so, I even didnt have a chance to use it. But it was ok in my case as I had mobile internet. But for some guests it can be a bit complicated.
Over-cleaning, even if you do ask not to clean the room, no-one listen it. That was a bit strange.
