Amazing, looked after at meal times, perfect manners all the time. Friendly, just a perfect hotel
Pros:

Staff were very polite, helpful, constantly busy but happy, always cleaning table and redressing them, the hotel was very clean, overall, I couldn't outside them more.

Cons:

The room we had, only had one chair which meant one of us had to sit on the bed, hard work when your disabled, the shower was too high for me to get into too.

Pros:

everything about location was spot on the breakfast was freshly cooked and the option to request food combination was nice.the room was spacious only problem was due to age air conditioning is not installed a fan was supplied but because of size room was hto even with fan blowing all in a lovely hotel and the bar was not over priced

Cons:

only little gripe was a bottle of spring water was supplied on arrival in room on opening we discovered housekeeping had filled with tap water ,i mentioned to manager in morning but he didn't seem to make much off it not even offering a replacement

Despite our issues with the room we actually enjoyed our stay & would definitely return but in cooler weather.
Pros:

We loved the location of the hotel. Breakfast in the dining room was very good & all the staff we met were exceptional. Comfortable areas to sit & have a drink in the bar area.

Cons:

The 2 nights we stayed it was very warm & our room on the top floor was the hottest we have experienced in a hotel room. It was too hot to sleep in the bed & we slept on top of the covers.
Our room was very small with hardly any room for our suitcases.

Wish we could go back and enjoy the experience again
Pros:

We stayed in room 19 it was like a oven destroyed are enjoyment couldn’t sleep.. got a little fan that did nothing, maybe more should be done to compensate the hot weather… breakfast brill staff fab.. manager super helpful

Nearly everything .Staff were excellent all of them particularly Dave on the bar who we believe has worked there for 41 years . The food was very good .

Cons:

The room was very warm . A problem the owners know about apparently cos they leave fans in the rooms . We were in room 18 and up to about 1130 there was a banging noise we think was the kitchen door into restaurant cos it’s under room 18 we think .

Pros:

Great location and very clean - lovely room on first floor - excellent that there is resident parking nearby. Good choice of breakfast and the option to have snacks or a meal in the restaurant a bonus too. Will definitely visit again.
