Good hotel but customer service sucks
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

Overpriced restaurant. The breakfast buffet could be better. Worst thing - left AirPods in the hotel, and when asked, they did not respond well. Certainly, cleaning staff would have found them.

Jeffer cleaning gentleman on 5 floor was very good. He always listened and gave great service. Anjali.and forgot names restaurant staff were very good. Please have more South Indian dishes for lunch and dinnet
