Only food and bev are great..hotel is small, dark and stuffy for a 5 star.

Good hotel but customer service sucks

Cons:

Overpriced restaurant. The breakfast buffet could be better. Worst thing - left AirPods in the hotel, and when asked, they did not respond well. Certainly, cleaning staff would have found them.
