Only location is great rest all is third class , better book some another hotel , not at all Novotel class
Has booked a room with twin separate beds and after re confirming still gave a queen bed after reporting it to Megha the FOE she said she is sending the key of a new room with twin bed but again that was a queen bed , and the executive was insisting it will take 15 mins to separate the beds is this the service what Accor is giving to its customers while booking it shows twin bed confirmed and reality is some thing else , being a platinum member has a privileged of lounge access but there was no lounge just a restaurant turn into lounge for 2 hours , and finally the fraud be very careful at checkout as they purposely put some other items which you have not consumed and smartly says not you your colouge would have ordered it but we had already had dinner in their restaurant which is already signed and paid so I personally believe it’s a hotel where such fraudulent things happen when I raised the issue with the GM it resolved lastly but if a platinum member has to go through this then don’t know what will happen of others .
We had a peaceful and comfortable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a nice layout that made it feel relaxing. The overall atmosphere was calm, and the stay was definitely worth the money. I would happily recommend this place to others.
Perfect location, 30 min to the airport, beach and shopping. The ambience is premier, typical cozy rooms of Novotel.
Amazing service amazing rooms and properly maintained stuffs
This is an appreciation post for all the staff at Novotel Chamiers road. They efficiently took care of a late check in, an amendment in our booking, and also accommodated our request for a late check-out. A special shout out to Megha at the front desk. The food was consistently of high quality and always delivered fresh and hot.

الموظفون كانوا متعاونين وطيبون جدا

From the moment I checked in until I checked out, the reception team was welcoming, polite, and very helpful. They handled everything professionally and were always ready to assist with a smile.
A special thank you to the entire reception team for making my stay smooth and comfortable. The surprise Bon Voyage cake at checkout was a wonderful and thoughtful gesture that I truly didn't expect. It made my departure very special.
