Pros:

The staff was extremely accommodation we were a big group of 25 people
They made our stay comfortable and even offered a late checkout with luggage that they kept till the late evening .

Overall, it was a decent stay, but it did not fully meet expectations,could have been much better
Pros:

Excellent location in the city center, making it very convenient for travel.
Wide variety of food options available, especially during breakfast and other meal services.

Cons:

The breakfast quality was below expectations. Some of the desserts did not appear fresh.
The live counter service needs improvement. On two occasions, the order was mixed up and a different item was served.
Room cleanliness was not satisfactory.The washroom/toilet was not cleaned to the expected standard and requires better housekeeping attention.
