Facilities inside the room.

Cons:

Everything else. Staff were disappointing right from the reception desk to in room dining and buffet dining area. Everyone was lethargic and no one takes any responsibility except for talking nicely. Only the day duty manager was responsible as we were seeing doing all the work including carrying luggage. All other staff, especially Ms. Megha who was in charge of night duty didn't even respond to our calls during our early morning check out. The hotel did not have any spa or other facility except the mediocre swimming pool. Totally a disappointing experience.

My experience at Novotel
Pros:

The location was close to office. The atmosphere was great. The rooms were big enough and very clean. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was also good with lot of options. So, overall it was a very welcoming experience.

Brilliant stay
Pros:

Very professional, neat and tidy, good variety of dinner and breakfast menu. Swimming pool at the roof top was cooler at night. Excellent customer services truly Indian hospitality, travelled from UK and stayed for 1 night, two adults & two kids, costed 85 pounds for weekend, values for money at center of Chennai.

Novotel Chennai review
Pros:

Have stayed at Novotel Hyderabad and Bangalore but found this to be best. Room was comfortable and in room dining was excellent. Must try their chicken tikka and pizza. Recommended

Business stay at Novotel Chamiers Road Chennai
Pros:

The overall experience was perfect. Although it was a one day business trip, the staff was cooperative and understanding enough to be flexible about check in and check out timings according to my flight schedule.
Would definitely recommend for all business and leisure stays in Chennai.
