Cons:

Hotel extremamente básico, com quartos sem qualquer diferencial de conforto ou cuidado nos detalhes. O banheiro apresentava vazamento, a cama de casal era pequena e a acústica do quarto muito ruim — era possível ouvir claramente os barulhos da rua e dos corredores, comprometendo totalmente o descanso.

A cortina blackout também era inadequada para a janela, deixando passar bastante luz logo cedo.

Além disso, o check-in foi muito falho: não recebi informações básicas como senha do Wi-Fi, horários do café da manhã, contato da recepção ou funcionamento do restaurante. O quarto também não possuía nenhum material informativo com essas orientações.

O custo-benefício também deixou muito a desejar. O valor da diária é alto para a estrutura e experiência oferecidas. Pelo preço cobrado, esperava muito mais conforto, organização e atenção aos detalhes.

Infelizmente, não tive uma boa experiência e não me hospedaria novamente.
