It was within walking distance of the bars and restaurants in Haverfordwest. The breakfast was very good

Very friendly welcome, and happy to store my bag until check in time. Room and bed were bigger than I was expecting for a single room. Didn't dine in but had a lovely breakfast the next morning and was well attended. I had forgotten a usb plug which the staff were able to loan me for the night! Also I was out late and let in with no issues by the night porter.

Quiet location, but still reasonably central. Good quality breakfast served in a pleasant, bright dining room. An evening meal was available if wished.
Fixed, high overhead shower above bath. The toilet was separate from the bath&sink. The sash windows had to be propped open if you wanted them to stay open.
The staff are amazing, it’s in a very good location for the town with plenty of parking, the breakfast was superb and we had a lovely meal

Staff were friendly and attentive.Facilities were good.Meals -breakfast and dinner were of a high quality,well-prepared and tasty .Service was quick.
Pillows were too firm ,need to have a choice.Bed was comfortable.

The hotel is dated but this is reflected in the price and facilities are perfectly fine with the rooms a good size and what you need provided
An old, traditional hotel in a quiet but central town location. The staff were all welcoming and helpful and the food in the restaurant was good value and hearty portions, along with the friendly service - I had leek and potato soup and the gammon on my 1st eve and both were very good. Unfortunately I didn't have time for a full breakfast, but juices, cereals, a few yogurts and croissants were available along with a full Welsh breakfast - again the service was very welcoming.
The rooms are comfortable enough and a good size, with iron, board and fan available if needed. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk were available and it was clean, with a good TV. The bathroom again is a good size and clean
The location is excellent with a good side and back car park
It's a very old hotel and as such some of the modern conveniences such as air conditioning and lifts not available - however it's got stacks of charm, and is very welcoming and provides what you need for a comfortable stay
Comfortable bed, nice breakfast, good location for what we needed.
The shower was terrible, may aswell had stood out on the rain to have a wash.
