Die beworbene Philosophie des Resorts stimmt mit der Realität nicht überein

Direkte Lage am Strand
Alles sehr sauber
Bis auf das Personal am Strand war das Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Wir hatten eines der teuersten Zimmer mit Terrasse. Die war nicht nutzbar, weil bei 37 Grad Hitze ein Sonnenschutz fehlte.
Die Website wirbt mit Begriffen wie “maßgeschneiderter Service” “Kunde steht im Fokus” “ausspannen und die Arbeitswelt hinter sich lassen” und noch mehr.
Davon haben wir wenig gespürt: kein Service, ausschließlich Selbstbedienung und Schlange stehen für Getränke wie im billigsten Café, der Bademeister war absolut unprofessionell, es wurde am Strand geraucht trotz Rauchverbot und er war nicht in der Lage, diese Gäste darauf aufmerksam zu machen, das Restaurant war dermaßen klimatisiert, dass wir krank nach Hause kamen.
Bis Mitternacht laute Discomusik, die uns trotz gut abgedichteter Fenster nicht schlafen ließ, also von wellbeing auch keine Spur

Situato in una posizione strategica nel cuore del Barocco Siciliano a Marina di Modica, questo resort a 4 stelle unisce l'eleganza degli ambienti moderni alla massima praticità logistica per chi viaggia con passeggini e neonati.

Il vero punto di forza della struttura è il suo accesso diretto e immediato alla spiaggia privata di fine sabbia dorata.

La struttura vanta una splendida piscina esterna con acqua di mare, circondata da un elegante solarium in marmo bianco, prato curato e palme.

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Schönes Strandhotel, wir haben uns gut erholt, gut geschlafen und hatten ein schönes Zimmer.

Cons:

Der Kaffee am Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht gut man kann einen an der Bar gegen Entgelt bestellen.
