Lovely hotel in the heart of old town Passau with good service and friendly staff.
Pros:

We enjoyed this unique and beautifully maintained property. Our 5th floor room was quite large. The woodwork on the king headboard and doors was very attractive. Breakfast was plentiful with many varied choices. The servers and all the hotel staff (including front desk) were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The elevator only goes to the 5th floor and our room was up another flight of stairs. We luckily had someone in our group who helped us manage our suitcases.

bis aufs Laden sehr schön und gerne wieder! Sehr preissensibel!

Cons:

Keine E-Auto Lademöglichkeiten am Hotel und in der Stadt; schlecht ausgeschildert oder nicht vorhanden. Musste in ein Parkhaus fahren zum Laden, welches ich dann zusätlich noch für eine Nacht bezahlen musste. Lange Wege zu der Lademöglichkeut!

A parkolástól eltekintve minden más rendben volt

Cons:

Félreinformáltak a parkolással kapcsolatban. A szállodával szemben lehet parkolni, írták. Ott parkoltam, majd reggel megbüntettek tilosban való parkolásért. A helyes instrukció az, hogy a szállodával szemben lévő kis épület mögött lehet parkolni. Éjszaka érkezve komolyan vettem a leírtakat és hajnali 1-kor nem kezdtem el ellenőrizni a helyet, csak tettem, amit írtak. Szerintem ez fontos, mert más is így fog járni, ha az utasítás nem lesz tiszta. Minden más rendben volt, de felbosszantott, hogy a téves utasítás 55€-ba került.

Dasa Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt, alles war neu und wir hatten ein reichhaltiges Frühstück, das seinen Preis wert war.

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt, dicht an der Donau, sehr ruhig, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Sehr kleines Zimmer für 2 Personen, auf einer Bettseite kein Nachttisch, auf der anderen Seite musste der Nachttisch leer sein, um den Kleiderschrank, der direkt davor an der Wand stand, öffnen zu können. Man musste sich auf das Bett setzen, um in den Schrank schauen und Kleidung herausnehmen zun können. Das war extrem nervig und umständlich.

Es war sehr sauber und das Frühstuck war super, würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren nur auf eine Etage wo der Fahrstuhl hin

Es war sehr sauber und ein sehr gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Das Zimmer war auf der letzten Etage und der Aufzug ging nur bis zu 5 Etage. So mussten wir die Koffer die letzten 2 Treppen schleppen. Das war für uns in unserem Alter schlecht.

Das Bett verdient eine bessere Matratze,war etwas hart.
