Sehr enttäuschender Hotelaufenthalt – so möchte man nicht in den Urlaub starten!

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir leider äußerst unfreundlich empfangen. Der Rezeptionist am Morgen schien von Anfang an alles andere als serviceorientiert. Ein einfaches „Guten Morgen“ war offenbar zu viel verlangt. Stattdessen wurden wir direkt und in einem ausgesprochen schroffen Ton darauf hingewiesen, dass wir erst um 15 Uhr wiederkommen sollten. Dass wir aufgrund der Anreise mit einem Baby etwas früher da waren, schien keinerlei Verständnis zu finden.

Besonders unangenehm wurde es bei der Frage nach den Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Antworten waren zunächst völlig kryptisch. Als wir deshalb noch einmal nachfragten, wurde der Mitarbeiter zunehmend ausfallend. Ein derart unfreundlicher Umgang mit Gästen ist absolut inakzeptabel und hat den ersten Eindruck vom Hotel nachhaltig verdorben.

Leider blieb es nicht bei diesem schlechten Service. Auch die Betten waren eine große Enttäuschung: bretthart und gleichzeitig durchgelegen – an erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken.

Insgesamt haben wir uns von der ersten Minute an nicht willkommen gefühlt. Gerade im Urlaub erwartet man zumindest einen freundlichen Empfang und einen gewissen grundlegenden Service. Beides haben wir hier leider vermisst.

Von uns daher ganz klar keine Empfehlung.

Die Luft in Zimmer war zu ekstrem ich denke das Reinigung Kraft zu viel raumspray benutzt hat.

Wenn man nicht zu hohe Ansprüche hat, dann auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Im Flur waren sehr unangenehme Gerüche, vermutlich von Reinigungsmittel.

Prisvärt och bra med kanonläge.
Pros:

Läget i Passaus gamla stadsdel. Mkt bra och fräsch frukost med duktig personal. Bra att kunna parkera gratis nattetid på gatan utanför.

Tredje gången vi är här, alltid nöjda med både hotell och stad.
