Die Lage ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr heiss, Fester öffnen war nicht opportun wegen des Strassenlärms. Die Decke war viel zu heiss. Ich habe sie aus dem Überzug herausgezogen und nur mit dem Überzug geschlafen.

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren super!

Cons:

Das Zimmer im 5. Stock (oberstes Stockwerk) hatte keine Klimaanlage. Richtig Lüften konnte man nicht. Und unter dem Dach war es bei dem schönen Wetter einfach zu heiß. An Schlaf war leider nicht zu denken. Aussage von der Reception: Das Haus ist alt und sie dürfen keine Klimaanlage einbauen. Aber dann sollte ich das Zimmer bei solchen Verhältnisse auch nicht vermieten!

Praktisches Hotel am Rande der Altstadt von Passau
Pros:

+ sehr freundliches Personal
+ bequemes Doppelbett
+ großes Zimmer (buchungsabhängig)
+ Fahrradunterstellraum (wird nicht beworben)
+ reichhaltiges, ständig aufgefülltes Frühstücksbuffet,
+ Lage am Rande der Altstadt, gut gelegen für fussläufige Ausflüge in alle Richtungen durch die Gassen zu Restaurants und Bars
+/- lediglich 5x Park-/Stellplätze im Gebäude, zu 20€ extra/Tag, nicht vorbestellbar

Cons:

- Wlan leider unzureichend
- keine Klimaanlage: Zimmer laut zur Strassengasse hin, sofern Frischluftzufuhr bei offenem Fenster mit Lärm durch Passanten und Fahrzeugen auf Kopfsteinpflaster, da hilft auch kein Ohropax, oder Fenster zu und Luftwirbel via Ventilator ohne Kühleffekt
- laute Zwischentüren in den Gängen (keine Softschliess-Vorrichtung)
- Dachterrasse leider ohne Sonnenschutz

Very good location for this small hotel.
Pros:

Location very good, overlooking The Danube and close to bars and restaurants. A very vertical hotel, arrived at the ground floor, check in desk on the second floor, room on the fourth. One small lift to serve all. Managing suitcases was not easy.

The welcome beer was a nice touch but could have been accompanied by a short chat about what to see in the vicinity.

The room was comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was decent but did not seem to be replenished on a regular basis: if you arrived late, the choice was limited.

Reception was a little cold and impersonal.
