The Besavana Phuket

Good location. Nothing spectacular about it. Very tiny balcony. Nowhere to sit. Pool is off to the side and quiet but chairs are extremely uncomfortable and don’t promote sitting for long to lounge. You literally have a bed for the night and need to go out to be able to relax. I wouldn’t stay for more than a night again.

Absolutely lovely hotel in the heart of Phuket Town. Spotlessly clean and very welcoming staff. Onsite parking (albeit limited), lovely pool and reasonably priced.

Very homely feel to the hotel that I enjoyed. The building I was in had no elevator, which was fine for me but maybe book ground floor if you struggle with stairs. Great location and staff!

Perfect location in the center of Old Town, Phuket. Friendly and helpfful staff. No frills accommodation in vintage building that is slightly set back from street with private courtyard and entry. Very safe. Rooms are basic and on smaller side but clean and have powerful AC. Onsite pool and lounge area is quaint and secluded but I did not use it. Great place to drop your bags and enjoy Old Town. Staff will help organize excursions and transportation.

Enjoying stay at The Besavana Phuket. The location is excellent - tucked away just off the street but still close to plenty of shops and restaurants. If you can, visit over the weekend to enjoy the Sunday Market, which close to your doorstep.
The room was small but clean and tidy, perfect for a short stay. The exterior of the hotel is charming, and there’s a nice little pool on the side. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A great spot for a few days in Phuket Old Town

Notre séjour c’est très bien passé!noustions un groupe de 4 avec 3 lits ( 1couples et 2 individus) les lits étaient très confortables. La découverte de la piscine fut une belle surprises et très agréable en fin de journée! C’est en plein milieu du Old Town tout es accessible à la marche:)

They gave me a 4th floor room but don’t have a elevator I’m 62 and have bad knees they worst customer service I would never recommend them to anyone that I liked

Very nice hotel with a small pool… in the heart of Old Phuket Town. And it’s not easy in the morning to caught a taxi with Grab.

We don’t recommend booking this hotel since they didn’t give us the room we paid for but offered no partial refund. Bad customer service. We have been wasting a lot of time in trying to get this settled and the staff was not helpful at all. Be very careful

Fornøyd, noe mygg på rommet men det er vanskelig å kontrollere, hyggelige ansatte. Litt uheldige med at badet hadde vindu opp mot andre etg så de kunne titte inn om de ville (ikke at de gjorde det). Er nok bare dette rommet siden det var i første etg.

We had a good stay here. We had a pool access room which was nice to go straight into the pool after a day of sight seeing. The only negative is it’s quite near the reception area and you can hear a lot so I would advise earplugs. I put them in the second night and slept much better. Great location for the old town and definitely go to the Sunday night market!

If you want to stay in the okd tiwn area this is an awesome location

No elevator, so if you get a room on the ground floor, it’s the best value for a hotel available in all of Phuket. Staff is super friendly, location is perfect in phuket old town, what more could you ask for. We stayed 4 nights.
