Only stayed one night here as a gateway to catching a morning ferry to Bali, but the hotel was so lovely that we wished we could stay longer. Everything perfect!

A nice stay for a good rest

Expensive place to have bed bugs
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities seemed very good. Welcome evening meal was a nice touch.

Room was a good size, gutted we didn't get chance to find out whether the bed was comfy.

Cons:

The bed bugs, and the lack of refund considering we couldn't stay there due to this particular health hazard.
