sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage
Pros:

ganz besonders hat gefallen, dass ich hatte im Hotel was liegen lassen - ein Anruf und es wurde - kostenlos! - zu meiner Privtatanschrift gesandt!

Fascino senza tempo

Che fascino senza tempo!
Scelto come tappa lungo la ciclabile Berlino-Copenaghen, ci siamo ritrovati in una struttura di rara bellezza, che sembra aver conservato intatto il proprio carattere nel tempo.
Adagiato sulle rive di un lago meraviglioso, in una posizione tranquilla e immersa nella natura, l’hotel offre un livello di qualità davvero notevole. Le camere sono curate ed eleganti, così come gli ambienti comuni, dalla SPA ai giardini, tutto mantenuto con grande attenzione. Una menzione particolare merita la proposta enogastronomica, di assoluta qualità, accompagnata da una colazione davvero eccellente.
Un luogo che va oltre il semplice soggiorno: un’esperienza che unisce atmosfera, natura, qualità e grande cura dei dettagli.

Cons:

La nostra camera affacciava sul parcheggio, ma ovviamente è possibile scegliere l’upgrade con vista lago. La prossima volta lo farò sicuramente: deve essere un’esperienza ancora più bella!

Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend

Cons:

Sauberkeit auf Terrasse. Preis für unseren Hund war im Vorfeld nicht erwähnt (Booking.com) trotz Anfrage !

Pros:

Wir waren 1 Woche zu Gast in diesem schönen Hotel. Das Personal an der Rezeption war überaus nett und freundlich. Wir benötigten noch ein 2. Kopfkissen welches und sofort auf das Zimmer gebracht wurde. Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch dort war der Service sehr freundlich und es wurden auch alle Wünsche prompt erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Idyllische Lage, gute Küche, Personal prinzipiell sehr freundlich. Schönes Zimmer mit großem Balkon.

Cons:

Durch eine Veranstaltung im Haus waren Küche und Personal am Abend im Restaurant überfordert. Das Essen kam um 20 Uhr, reserviert war ab 18:30! Auf die vorgetragene Kritik wurde überraschender Weise mit Unverständnis reagiert!? Der See ist sehr flach, daher ist schwimmen schwierig, für Kinder aber super.
