Pros:

The staff were nice.

Cons:

Very limited facilities. Uncomfortable bed. No restaurant. In a pedestrianised area, so no taxis with 100 metres. 1 towel. Basic is being generous.

Stole money by taking unauthorised payment from card
Pros:

Good location. Very basic but clean.

Cons:

Stole £96 off me by taking an unauthorised payment from my credit card which they had on file. Also didn't have the room type I booked which caused a lot of issues. Still trying to get back the money they stole and they do not respond to communications. Would not stay again.
