Great for a one night stay over when attending Leeds Arena.
Pros:

Exceptionally clean. Great location, in the very center of Leeds. Very nice young lady checked is iin.

Cons:

The very hard bed. It felt like there was a ridge just where I wanted to lay.
Only two hangers in the room, had to put all our belongings in suitcase on the floor..
As a couple over a certain age a chair would have been a very welcome luxury.
Access to one side of the bed was very narrow, again being an older couple it could have been difficult to get out of bed.

Cons:

Very clean and comfortable, but dont stay here if you like your privacy in the bathroom. The doors are glass and dont run to the floor or sit in the frame well. Other than that perfect cheap and great location

Good for the price. Will return.
Pros:

Plug sockets right next to each bed and a decent size room.

Cons:

No light by the mirror so couldnt use it to get ready. Also, toilet door didnt have a lock on and could see through it as privacy film was on the wrong way. The toilet was right infront of the beds so was a bit awkward when sharing with 2 other people.

Pros:

The beds are very comfortable, the room is spacious and the location is very good.

Cons:

Nothing in the room except beds, the tv wasn't working, there was a leak in the shower, we didn't get enough towels. I complained about this and was told it was going to be fixed, but nothing happened.

Fine if you need really cheap accommodation
Pros:

The location was ideal, right in the city centre and the longest we had to walk was under 20 minutes to the royal armouries, most things were 5-10 minutes from the hotel, including the station.

Cons:

Everything was just a bit tatty and old. Wallpaper was peeling and stained in the room. The toilet wasn't very private as it was only separated from the bedroom by a glass door. The bed wasn't comfortable. The room was very small and didn't really have any storage either.
