Good city centre location but very basic facilities at a premium price
Pros:

Good city centre location. Clean room in good state of repair.

Cons:

Twin room was very cramped with very little space to walk around the beds. Limited space for hanging clothes and no bedside table or space for books, phone, water, etc. I understand the minimalist ‘pay for extras concept’ but baseline facilities are very basic and do not justify the above budget range price tag.

A fab central city stay!
Pros:

Central location, basic but everything you need! We stayed as we went to a concert at the arena so perfect for what we needed. Great value for money too!

Excellent location. Facilities and comfort significantly lacking.
Pros:

Location was excellent, and if you're looking for truly bare bones accommodation then it can't be beat on price.

Cons:

No kettles in room, only a hot drinks machine downstairs that you need to ask for cups for. Prices on the machine are incredibly high. The window in the room was facing an electrical box of some kind in an alley, so very little light. Windows did not open even a crack. No bin in room other than the bathroom bin. Walls were far far from soundproofed. If an adjacent room in any direction was using the shower, taps or flushing then this can be heard very loudly in the room. Even sounds like electric razors or toothbrushes carried right into the room.

Honestly my stay was very bad

Nothing the staff were very unhelpful unconcerned even when I made a complains to them.
