Poor stay
Pros:

It is conveniently located and within easy walking distance of many attractions

Cons:

Drinking water was not provided, and there was no kettle or basic cutlery to make tea or coffee. These are usually considered basic amenities in most accommodations.

I stayed for six nights, but the towels were not changed during that time. The room was also not very comfortable, as there was no window or proper ventilation. It felt quite dusty, which caused coughing and made me feel unwell during my stay.

For longer stays, you may want to think twice before booking, as the lack of basic amenities and ventilation may affect your overall comfort.

Great location&comfortable bed
Pros:

Central location, comfortable bed, good size bathroom, walking distance to everything in city centre and 24/7 reception which is a great asset, room was mostly clean too, hairdryer and iron available from front desk if needed, also provide luggage storage at £5 for 2-3 bags for the day which was a positive

Cons:

No space in the room to place belongings, not even a desk, a heads up that if you book a room with a window you cannot open a window due to the building regulations, shower head was leaking but this was not a big problem, the room was quite cold too

Distasteful experience. Will not stay with them again after their dishonest service.

Within walking distance from Trinity.

Cons:

The hotel charged additional fees to my card without my knowledge and authorisation. Had to play detective to figure out where the transaction on my card came from. Beware if you choose to stay with them as everything is chargeable and they WOULD NOT explicitly mention over the counter and will just proceed to charge your card without you knowing. Reached out to the hotel but they pushed the blame to us for not reading up before our visit.
