Clean , comfortable, cheap accommodation in the heart of the city
Pros:

Price and location. Very clean and comfortable hotel right in city centre. Location and price were perfect. Staff were helpful and anything we needed could be borrowed from reception.

Cons:

Room was tiny. It was a low price budget hotel but for 2 adults a little more space would have made life easier

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, city centre location. Great facilities with a vending machine for snacks and drinks in the lobby.

Great location, cheap, and functional with air-conditioning!
Pros:

The absolute best location in the city center, right next to the tram station and taxi stop, KFC, Mcdonald, Greggs, Wendy's, savers, Lidl, B&M and more only a few steps away! Clean, friendly, easy to check in and out and the room while small was functional and had lovely air con.

Cons:

Honestly have to be very picky to find a negative. The room is small, but it's right in the best location in the city and they manage to be one of the cheapest at the same time so of course they're going to want to fit the most rooms in that they can get. It could do with a wardrobe maybe? Not that I was bothered as I lived out of my bag.

Prison cell with no windows
Pros:

Easy location, 2 mins from town centre, outside tram stop. Nice aircon in room, especially in UK heatwave.

Cons:

First off, walls were paper thin, could hear every conversation going. Bed was like a rock and I had no duvet, it was a literal sheet with a hole that’s disintegrated from use. Suspicious stains on wall, wallpaper missing. No bedside table or place to put case/stuff out such. I was lucky I had a spare bed as was a lone traveller so could lay out clothes on spare bed. But if you are staying with more than 1, hopefully you know the person well as there is not much walkroom so you’d have to climb over the other sleeping. Not to mention the shower, or lack of, it was literally fallen apart so I had to screw it on every morning. Was bit worrying when leaving, |I found out the hotel was outside a literal crime scene, not the hotel's fault but worrying how much antisocial behaviour is around the hotel.
