Great central location
Pros:

Very central location near to tram services, eateries nearby, 10 mins to train station. Room itself was a moderate size. The bed was quite comfy. The room was cold but easy to use heating system and soon warmed up. Reasobable sized bathroom and good shower. Staff were cheerful and helpful.

Cons:

Very basic. No drink facilities in the room, no mug for tooth brushes or to have a drink of water. The quilt cover felt quite thin.

The staff made this place.. and it’s great value and central.
Pros:

Totally rebut grand place to stay. Super value. Basic but all you need. Clean and shiny and quiet. The best thing is the staff… everyone I met was super friendly and fabulous. Will be back.

Simplicity for fantastic location
Pros:

The location is fantastic. You're in the middle of the city centre and next to the tram that took us to the Sheffield Arena. The hot water at the coffee and tea maker downstairs at the reception is for free. The shower was nice, the pressure and temperature well set.

Cons:

We knew that we would have a room without a window, but we didn't expect the absence of shelves, a table or any place where you could put your clothing. There was no other choice than having it on the floor. The window-less walls could have been decorated with a painting. Art is certainly not against the low carbon policy explained above the heating regulator, which started heating after a delay. The light by the single bed wasn't working. The flush at the toilet was half broken and difficult to use.
