Ideal for city centre and transport linkage
Pros:

Positives -
Only a 5 minute walk from the railway station and very short walk to the city centre.
The room itself - clean, good sized bathroom and shower facilities. TV in room but no kettle!
Bed was comfy if a little bouncy. Easy check in on arrival

Cons:

Negatives- despite having a window, not able to open it. Windows not cleaned since who knows when.
Mould on bottom of wallpaper in room.

Amazing
Pros:

Great location easy walking distance, great use of car park, lovely clean rooms , amazing staff (we was sorted by Shawry believe it’s spelt) and very friendly and helpful.

Clean, efficient, comfortable, great staff
Pros:

Shawny on reception greeted me warmly on arrival and answered all the questions I had about my stay and Sheffield in general. Couldn’t do enough for me. I’ll be be booking again based on his service.

Cons:

The room was a little cold and I couldn’t work out how to use the temperature gauge

Pros:

It was all great. The cover for the plug kept falling out when I removed the hair dryer or my mobile phone, but other than that really good. We had no kettle in the room, but there was a great coffee/tea/hot choco etc machine at reception, so no need for the kettle at all! Thank you!

Great location and great value for money!
Pros:

Brad on reception was lovely. There was a big group of lads in front of us and Brad came and got me to book me in, instead of us waiting and being stuck behind the large group! He was polite and helpful!

Second time staying here with friends. Its not to far from
West Street but further enough away from the noise! Hotel is always clean. Great value for money.
Our room didn’t have a window which some may not like, however me and my friends loved it as it was so dark and we slept so well 😂.

You only get one pillow on your bed, and after our night out we asked reception if we could have some more and they were helpful and gave us some, so we were happy.. the little things aye 😂

Cons:

No complaints from me.
