We spent two nights at the hotel and had a very positive experience. It was easy to find and conveniently located close to everything we needed. The cleanliness was an especially pleasant surprise, and during the heatwave, the excellent air conditioning made all the difference, allowing us to have a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.
What stood out most, however, was the staff. They were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and kind throughout our stay, adding even more to our already positive experience. For a budget hotel, it genuinely exceeded our expectations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
The only significant downside was the bathroom design. The en suite is separated from the bedroom by a glass door, which offered very little privacy and made the situation quite awkward, particularly as we were travelling with a child. Unfortunately, bathroom related sounds and smells carried directly into the sleeping area, making it feel as though the toilet was essentially in the same room. A more private and better insulated bathroom design would considerably improve the overall guest experience.
The hotel is in a good location, very convenient, close to shops and a short walk from the station. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Not much room for luggage so probably not great for longer breaks but ideal for short breaks, the room has everything you need like a towel, toiletries and a clean comfortable bed.

Faulty bathroom door - would not close properly. Glass bathroom door did not provide adequate privacy (plus did not lock). Location of TV far too high to comfortably watch. Lack of storage and surfaces to place items on (can be fixed with shelving on the windowless wall)
