Excellent location, clean and comfortable
Pros:

I was very happy with my stay. The location is fantastic - right in the city centre, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and the Alexandra Theatre. There are also very good restaurants and cafés right by the hotel.
I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff - during my stay, this included Anjali, who was especially kind and supportive.
The room was clean and functionally furnished. It doesn’t have a desk, so that’s something to keep in mind, but otherwise everything was excellent.

Cons:

The room and the bathroom were very small. Almost no space to get to one of the beds. No basic things like a kettle, or even a small tabpe or a chair.

Muy buena ubicación, casi al lado de la estación de trenes, cerca e lugares donde comer del centro y del museo.

La ubicación es ideal, a una cuadra de la estación central de Birmingham. El lugar estaba muy limpio y la atención del personal fue muy buena, sobretodo de Rachel quien nos recibió y nos hizo el check-out.

Cons:

Hay que tener en cuenta que la habitación es pequeña. Es para dormir y nada más, pasar el rato no es una opción. Pero es entendible por el precio.
