Great location close to the Alexandra theatre. Staff were helpful and efficient. Room was really nice.

Great value for money, much recommended!
Pros:

Location, staff and cleanliness all brilliant.
I slept very well and would definitely book here again. Thank you to the staff!

Cons:

I did miss a kettle and a place to put down a cup, but it is a budget hotel after all.
As a solo traveler I was very happy but I really wouldn’t want to share the room (zero privacy in the bathroom).

Hacía muchísimo ruido el aire acondicionado , le dije a recepcionista , ni podían reparar ,ni podrían cambiar la habitación .

Por el mal gusto , me fui un día antes y compré otro billete de vuelta para salir de Birmingham .

Imposible dormir allá . Y la cojín y cama está todo manchados
