Le personnel était globalement adorable mais les prises ne fonctionnaient pas dans la chanvre donc nous avons dû acheter

L’établissement était proche du centre et nous atteignons le cœur de Londres en une vingtaine de minutes. Le personnel était adorable

Les deux ports USB A ne fonctionnaient pas, nous n’avons pas pu changer nos téléphones une fois arrivés et lorsque nous en avons fait part à l’accueil ceux ci nous ont dit d’aller acheter un adaptateur dans le magasin d’en face alors que nos carte bleues étaient sûr nos téléphones

It was where I needed to be for work.

Cons:

They sent me a message before my stay, thanking for my custom and expressing their gratitude in hosting me “thank you for staying with you, it was truly a pleasure to host you”. This concerned me as it was before my stay. When I queried this on the day of my stay, they didn’t reply. Took 10 days to reply and informed me it was a reminder of my stay. Which it clearly is not as it’s in the wrong tense and grammatically incorrect.

Cons:

Booked a room with a window. Yes, it had a window but it was very small and didnt open. The room was miniscule. The bed was rock hard. We stayed for 2 nights and the room wasn't serviced whilst we were there. No room for a chair or tea/coffee making facilities but there was a free coffee machine in reception (only worked on one of our days). Only had 1 towel for 2 of us for 2 nights but reception did give us more. Only 1 pillow each.

Il n’y avait qu’une seule serviette alors qu’on était deux et pas de sèche cheveux, il fallait demander à l’accueil mais la réception était très gentille et c’est gratuit
