Pros:

God frokost som kunne inntas i hagen. Fin beliggenhet i utkanten av Skagen.

Cons:

Fasilitetene er slitt og bærer preg av manglende vedlikehold. Hotellets restaurant er dyr og har en litt lite spennende meny. Ujevn service.

Sommeridyl udover alle grænser

Stemningen er total idyllisk - rigtig sommeridyl.
Morgenmaden var rigtig fin - og vi vil næste gang nok overveje at tage et par dage, så vi kan nyde gården lidt mere end vi fik tid til denne gang.
Stilen er både moderne og traditionel på en rigtig god måde - enkelhed og så samtidig historiens vingesus - vidunderligt

Traumhaft schönes Hotel aus den späten 1800er Jahren. Die Zimmer, so wie auch alle anderen Räume, sind immer noch charmant im Stil der vorletzten Jahrhundertwende eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war groß und hell und hatte ein eigenes Waschbecken, was das fehlende Badezimmer zwar nicht ganz wettmachte, aber doch recht praktisch war. Das Frühstück im seperaten Frühstücksraum (oder im entzückenden Innenhof) war eine absolute Wucht und immer ein schöner Start in den Tag. Absolute Empfehlung sind die (kostenpflichtigen) Verleihräder. Die sind zwar auch nicht mehr ganz die Jüngsten, haben uns aber wirklich zu allen sehenswerten Plätzen in der Umgenung gebracht.

Cons:

Das integrierte Restaurant erscheint sehr gediegen zu sein, leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts offensichtlich keine einzige vegetarische Option. Natürlich sind die getrennten Bade- und Toiletteräume nicht mehr zeitgemäß, in den rund 150 Jahre alten Gemäuern hat man dafür aber mehr als nur Verständnis. Wir hatten jedenfalls keinerlei Probleme uns daran anzupassen.

Lite väl dyrt i restaurangen, personalen var tillmötesgående men dålig koll på min tidiga anmälan om laktosfri och glutenfri kost till frukost.

Anrikt hotell med intressant historia, fin historisk miljö. Service minded personal. Bra frukost.

Cons:

Städerskan klev in i vårt rum utan att knacka och vi hade inte heller beställt ständning, verkade också allmänt sur. Vi bodde i admiralbyggnaden som ligger ca 200 meter från hotellet, hade varit trevligt om det funnits en lounge och ute möbler där.
