Lovely hotel with a long and fascinating history
Pros:

The hotel has a fascinating history. I was assigned to the same room where Hans Christian Andersen once stayed when he visited Skagen. That was absolutely mind-blowing.
The room and the shared toilet/shower facilities were very clean.

Fantastisk personal!
Pros:

Frukostmiljön var fantastisk. Fin frukost t ex varierat o gott bröd. Dock var den varma maten sämre o dåligt varm.

Himmelsk duftende showergel (kan også købes i receptionen). Lækker morgenmad! Komfortable seng.

Pros:

Personalet var søde og venlige, og placeringen af værelset lå godt inde i Skagens centrum. Deres morgenmadsbuffet var over standard og den bedste morgenmadsbuffet vi har prøvet.

Cons:

Der var ikke gjort rent under sengen på værelset. Vi vågnede desuden mange gange om natten når de øvrige gæster skulle ud at tisse, da dørene larmede meget når de blev lukket.

A very old-fashioned stay with so so value for money
Pros:

Sophisticated building with cultural heritage. Great restaurant with delicious local food. Nice breakfast with delicious pastry and scramble eggs

Cons:

The shared bathroom is worse than I thought. It’s clean but feels like a dorm bathroom. Room is not fully cleaned. We found some hairs left in the mattress. In general the value of money is so so.
