Хороший отель с плохим сервисом
Pros:

Отель хорошо расположен, приятные люди в лобби баре, хорошие завтраки

Cons:

С сервисом беда, зубной набор (номер улучшенный, если что) на второй день не положили, позвонила с просьбой принести, несли минут 20 с недовольным видом.
Уборка посредственная.
Заселение оставило самые неприятные впечатления (знали, что запрашивала ранний заезд, не заселили (ну ладно нет свободных номеров), взяли номер телефона, обещали сообщить о готовности и несмотря то, что номер был готов, так и не позвонили).
В целом персонал равнодушный и неприветливый.
В номере последнюю ночь спать было невозможно из-за какого-то ужасного стука.
Больше не выберу в Алматы этот отель

Pros:

Удобное расположение в центре города. Просторные номера с большими удобными кроватями. Великолепные виды из окна на город и горы. Хороший спа.

Нужно улучшить сервис
Pros:

Местоположение хорошее. Номер был чистый. Хорошие завтраки.

Cons:

При выезде запросил счет у сотрудницы Sofiya за использование минибара. Мне отказали объяснив тем, что в счете не будут указаны позиции и что Sofiya не имеет доступа к предоставлению печатно счета и что нужно было пользоваться меню в номере. При этом подошедший сотрудник Hamba любезно распечатал счет, в котором я нашел лишнюю позицию - чипсы. Сотрудник также пояснил, что Sofiya могла выдать мне счет, но почему-то отказала по непонятной причине. Конечно настроение в праздник было испорчено.

Convenient, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The food was great especially the in-room service. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The staff was - overall - friendly and accommodating.
