Worst Experience ever

Although I am using expedia for many years, I never had such a bad experience.

I reserved three rooms in this hotel for 7 nights ,we were in total 12 persons including 6 children, when i got there the staff was telling me i reserved one room only!!, they dont know to read/write or speak English and yet doing hotel business, they called the manager Mr H. who was very rude and not professional at all he said he ONLY HAD AGREED on confirmation for one room !!!! I showed him my confirmation for three rooms email he ignored it !!! and then he left the hotel.

we went all the way from UK to Giresun to spent nice time on the sea side, instead expedia manged to find three room in different city as alternative which was an additional three hours driving from 2.00 am till 5.00 am with 6 children , the new hotel was located in very busy city centre!! also the phone calls to expedia to sort it out cost me 120 pounds and three hours waiting in the cars till expedia found the alternative hotel.

avoid this hotel at any cost.
