No respect for customers. And no communication between them. Very disappointed with the way housekeeping manager behaved. Literally asked to get out as soon as possible.

Camas são bem confortáveis, espaço do quarto é bom.

Cons:

TV não funcionava, café da manhã é bem razoável…
A limpeza dos quartos não foram feitas, ficamos 4 noites e só foi trocada as toalhas do quarto, nem a cama foi arrumada.

In the area we needed. Reasonable price

Cons:

Bathroom was dirty and the staff was inappropriate. Woman at the desk was angry that our room had been given away and she had to find a new one for us so she was actually swearing about the situation… Even using the F word in front of our young children.
