Nowhere near as good as it should be or could be!
Pros:

Noisy area with two nearby churches competing to out-shout each other until midnight on the Friday evening when we checked in. Terrible pot-holed dirt roads to reach the place, very difficult to find. No nearby shopping facilities - make sure you stock up on provisions before you get there! Bring your own towels - also not sure if the toiletries were just left behind by previous guests. Advertised free wifi not available - due to the SIM card having been 'stolen by a previous guest'. Satellite TV channels limited to 5 channels (one local channel, one news channel, one sports channel and two Gospel channels) - 'subscription expired' for the others. Air conditioning only worked in one bedroom. Water went off from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. on one of the two nights we stayed. Rock hard foam mattress, very uncomfortable. 'Premium bedding' one small sheet not big enough to cover you. Shower broken. Very low water pressure: most of the time just a dribble. No hot water in bathroom wash basin. Property Manager impossible to reach, most of the people on-site unable to help with anything, apparently just there to collect the money. After two nights we left the place and went to Holiday Inn instead for the final night. It's such a shame because with a little bit of effort it could be really nice.
