A great choice!
Pros:

We were visiting Lubbock to go to my niece‘s graduation. This is a unique hotel experience with no lobby and no staff other than in the restaurant downstairs. I liked the self check in. It was in a safe neighborhood and our room was clean and quiet. There was a great coffee shop across the street too.

Very limited parking, we had to circle the hotel 3 times to finally get a spot, the rooms were large and decorated very well, but the sound proofing wasn’t great so there a bit of road noise, the shower was small which was odd for such a large bathroom. Great sheets and towels and the bed was very comfortable, the restaurant in foyer had really great food. There is no contact with anyone to check in or out, it’s all don’t via your phone.

The ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for service was because there wasn’t really anyone to rate, check in was easy as was check out but if you have an issue there isn’t anyone to speak to except via text.

I’ve never stayed in this hotel there’s no front desk or lobby or any employees. That’s just a key code. It was kind of like staying at a VRBO. There’s an awesome restaurant and bar downstairs. We loved it.

It has a brewery and restaurant downstairs. There is a largw open area to gang out to. The hotel floor is so quoet. Rooms are spacious with minifridge and miceowave with extra aink.

Construction going on in the room directly above us. Room didn't feel clean- the floor was sticky and there was an empty water-bottle under the desk. Shower was dirty (moldy) and extremely weak. Great bed, and slept great after the screw-gun stopped.

My only complaint is that the lobby code wasn’t working and this hotel has no front desk.
