If not for the car theft I would say I am good with the property . For the rate I paid it was comfortable and clean

Fine after finally getting thru reception
Pros:

Once we got in, the motel was find. We have stayed here numerous times with good results. Really like the full size refrigerator and kitchenette, but there used to be some utensils. AC was quiet. Place was clean, comfortable and safe. The downside alluded to in my first comment was the result of having waited a good 20 minutes at reception while TWO desk clerks tried to serve a guest (who wanted to make a reservation) who arrived before me. Must have been a new employee and a manager who was trying to train her, but ignoring me was not very customer friendly. Left a bad taste in my mouth, and resulted in a lower score than I would have provided for our stay.

Convenient to local attractions.

Cons:

Sense of attitude by front desk staff that we had used a third party booking company. Our check in took much longer than other guests. Cost much higher when events are in area.

Good value near amphitheater and AFA.
Pros:

We were attending a concert at Ford Amphitheater, so this was a great location. Nice that you have kitchette to cook meals.

Cons:

The A/C unit was very noisy and didn’t cool down to the temperature we selected.

A great stay with great staff!!
Pros:

My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights and our experience was great! Things to note are that it is right by the interstate and cookware is not already provided if that’s a concern for you. Our receptionist Gabby was the absolute sweetest and was so friendly and helpful. We also interacted with another receptionist named Veronica who was also incredibly friendly. Our room was clean and we had zero complaints or concerns.
