Centrally located
Pros:

Good Hotel, centrally located and easy to walk to the main sights. The room was big and comfortable. We stayed in the deluxe with a bathtub. Very nice. It was the little things that were disappointing. The day we arrived, we were told the breakfast the next day wouldn't be a buffet, not enough guests were staying. The breakfast (preordered) was tasteless. The sausage and ham American turned out to be hotdogs and baloney. The coffee was horrid. The next day was a buffet, but the food quality was the same. The hotel had this hidden charge of 50 baht ($1.50) for extra towels beyond the 2 provided. Both days we stayed the temperature was in the high 90's, so we used the same towels each time we showered. They are also constructing a new wing in the back. Construction started at 0800 and continued until 1600, constant banging. No one mentioned this when we booked or called the hotel.

Good location.
Pros:

This hotel locate in the central of Nan province. There are walking street on friday to sunday night. The breakfast is bland.

Hood hotel right next to Wat Phumin
Pros:

This is a fine, very clean place to stay in Nan. It is quie central and only about a one minute walk from Wat Phumin, which is well known for its wonderful murals. The staff are friendly and it is understandable that they speak little English. They prefer breakfast to be chosen the previous day.
