Brilliant, would love to return soon.
Pros:

We were very pleased with our stay at Residence Le Fenice, having read some bad reviews after booking the accommodation I expected little. The location was perfect, the room was excellent and was immaculately clean. We would love to return in the future.

Cons:

If the shower cubicle was slightly bigger that would be great, however we did manage.

Perfect place to stay to wander the city.
Pros:

Friendly communication prior to arrival. Clean and plenty of room with a great location within an easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Cute coffee bar a block away to start your day.

Love it!
Pros:

In the city center but still quiet, clean and stuff super friendly, they helped me out with any request I had.

Cons:

The building is old and I don’t think it has elevator, if you have issues going up the stairs you better ask before.

抜群のコストパフォーマンス！
Pros:

サン・マルコ広場に近いコンドミニアム・ホテル、友人宅を尋ねたような雰囲気で現地生活を味わうことができます。リビング１部屋と寝室＋バス２部屋をセットで利用、アメニティーも揃っており（スリッパもありました！）とてもゆったり過ごすことができました。ここにはフロントはありませんが、翌日は近隣の関係ホテルでチェックアウト後の荷物を預かってくれました。とても親切！

Cons:

「良くない」というほどではありませんが、コンドミニアム住宅なので入り口がわかりにくい（写真を載せておきます）。フロントがないので電話でやりとりする必要があり、英語が苦手な人には厳しいかもしれません・・。ホテルに責任はありませんが、夜の10時から1時まで街全体が停電しました。
