Rooms are next to road..sometimes noisy..but expected

空港からの道のりが難しい。タオルなどが少し汚れているが許容範囲内ではある。両替所、レストランが近くにあるので助かった。

Service is really bad never answered phone for information how to get there.
I left my room and speak with a lady thinking it was the manager there Zuku let her know I was going bank to book extra night they said ok I got back to my room they removed my personal belongings and had insects and bad smell.
I show them prove of me calling back and speak with one of the team didn’t care about me paying with hotel.com
Had a bby with me and lady call me

It's a basic Thai hotel. Nothing special other than the great staff and the great restaurant. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Vi blev mødt af en lidt træt og irriteret vært. Hurtigt henvist til bolig, som var i temmelig slidt stand. Dårlige hovedpuder..
Mad i restaurant var ekstrem dårlig, og ventede unødig lang tid. Tilgængæld blev der brugt meget service og tid på at sælge hashi, som gæsterne kunne ryge ved nabobordene.

Stayed here in connection to arriving from the airport. Nice with the garden and terrace. Aircon very effective. Food was good. Short walk to the beach. Overall good to a very good price. Big plus that they returned the tablet that we forgot, and let us keep our bags there while waiting for the flight.

Very convenient in Phuket! We arrived at the airport in Phuket and took a Grab to this small resort, which only took about 15 minutes. It is quaint, inexpensive and family run, which was everything we needed. It was about a 10 minute walk on a straight path to the beach, shops, and restaurants, so everything was at our fingertips and the salt water was great to swim in! We rented a couple of deck chairs for a couple of dollars each for the day. While we saw lots of families, etc., the area didn’t feel over crowded. We also found a couple great coffee shops just up the road from our accommodation for breakfast. A great place to land before traveling to the other islands in Thailand

Nice place at good price. The cleaning with new sheets every day is much appreciated. The location is good not direct at the beach but rather near. I will stay here again if I came back to NaiYang.

The property itself is beautiful. It's very close to the beach - like 3 or 4 minute walk. You have access to a pathway that takes you straight to the beach.

The room is average. The bathroom needs some work, just overall better cleaning and some fresh paint.

The reason why I gave this such a low score is because I had trouble sleeping after I was woken up by a cockroach. I found it and killed it, but after that i couldn't sleep anymore because i thought there would be more crawling around.

Other than that, the hotel is good for what it is. Staff is friendly.

The Front Desk Staff were extremely rude and insulting.

値段通り。ちょうどsoiの抜け道になっているせいか、車とバイクの往来が多く、気になりますが仕方がないです。Beたまでは徒歩5分くらいです。

This place is perfect. It is super clean, great AC, just a 4 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly. Very secure and even has a save box in the room. There is a TV with global channels and a nice mini fridge to keep your things cold. There is also a little porch to enjoy your morning coffee with the provided kettle. I would highly recommend this place.
