The apartment is very clean and fully equipped, and the beds are very comfortable and clean. Its location is good, but if you have a car, parking might be a problem, although the host was very helpful, assisting us in securing a parking space and helping us carry our luggage.

Cons:

What I didn't understand was his strange, angry reaction simply because my wife asked for extra towels. His reaction was disproportionate to her small request, and his justification was purely financial, citing the money paid to the towel-cleaning company. This didn't concern me since I had already paid for my stay, but in the end, he sent us the towels.

Es ist perfekt im Zentrum von Antalya, mega aussicht von der Terasse.Die Wohnung, war sauber und das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Kann am Abend sehr laut werden, und man hört alles im Zimmer. Die Lage ist schwer mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Особый нареканий нет, в номерах чисто. Единственное что немного беспокоило это то что если кто то ходит в соседнем номере, то скрипит пол как будто кто то ходит у нас в номере.

للأمانة المكان نظيف ومرتب وصاحبة الشقق والاستقبال متعاونين جداً جداً وتجيب على كل استفسار حتى قبل نوصل السكن الشقق نظيفة ومريحه نفسياً.

الموقع شوي صعب بالدخول التاكسي ما يوصل للباب ومع ذلك الاستقبال يطلب لنا التاكسي ويساعدنا في شيل الشنط ومع ذلك حولك مطاعم وسوبر ماركت.

Wonderful place to choose for family
Pros:

It was a wonderful property for a family with emotional view especially at sunset. The location is very good for walking , shopping & restaurants. I can say everything is close to you and quite location.

- The security measures in place were impressive, with secure doors that remained closed at all times and key access for all guests. It made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay.
- The location is perfect – it's just a short walk to the old town, shopping areas, restaurants, and supermarkets. I loved being able to explore the city on foot.
- The rooms were spacious compared to other residences I've stayed in, which was a big plus for me.
- The property is very clean and almost new, which added to the overall comfort of my stay.
- And the highlight of my stay was definitely the excellent sea view! It was breathtaking and added a lovely touch to my time at ARKK Homes.

Cons:

- One thing that bothered me was the weak soundproofing between rooms. Sometimes, I could hear outside noise, which was a bit distracting.
- Finding the residence wasn't straightforward, and it took me some time to locate it. Perhaps clearer directions or signage would help.

- Additionally, the lack of an on-site restaurant was a bit of a drawback for me.
