Pros:

Everything was off. I booked online but when I got there there was no room reserved for me. They improvised a smaller room than what I had paid for without any remorse. The front desk didn't even try to hide it that they hadn't booked a room for me. The room had a stench from the shower drainage system, and another guest at my arrival was complaining of the same. All the time I was there, I showered cold water and the place is really cold. Dinner was practically for fighting, with orders taking up to two hours if u r lucky. Some orders like a soda, would either delay, be warm or even - not available/ out of stock ( that's what I was told on ma last day)

I tried to spend a day at the poolside and the place literally had mud on the tiles around the pool.

I enjoyed the tranquil walk to the pagoda's as well as the view of the beautiful Lake Victoria from my balcony.
