La habitación muy chica y todo de madera se escuchaba el piso de arriba todo el tiempo

La Hostería está en una ubicación excelente, en la Av. Bustillo apenas termina la 12 de Octubre a unas 6 cuadras del Centro Cívico, lo cual permite mayor tranquilidad a pocas cuadras de la calle Mitre. Posee lugar para estacionar de manera gratuita. La habitación que nos dieron estaba muy limpia y con una vista espectacular al Lago. Lo más destacable fue la atención de todo el personal de la tarde y la mañana, muy amables y serviciales, atento a todos los detalles. El desayuno es muy bueno y está incluido en la tarifa con opciones dulces y saladas. Posee pocas habitaciones lo cual hace que no haya el tumulto de los hoteles grandes, lo cual es perfecto para quienes buscan mayor tranquilidad. Saliendo de la hosteria estás en camino directo para hacer todo el circuito chico, el Cerro Campanario, el Cerro Otto, el Cerro Chapelco y acceso a las diferentes playas.
Todo estuvo muy bien, pero a modo de sugerencia, deberían contar las habitaciones con un frigobar, nuestro caso tenemos un hijo diabético y necesitamos tener la insulina refrigerada, de todas maneras poseen una heladera donde podes guardar cosas, pero salir a buscar la insulina por la noche fuera de la habitación es un problema. Estuvimos sólo una noche pero en caso de haberme quedado más noches hubiera sido un problema. Otro tema es que después de las 23 hs. no queda nadie en la hostería y si bien te dan un WS de "atención" entiendo que por un tema de seguridad y servicio alguien debería estar a disposición. Mi habitación tenía un jacuzzi, pero que no funcionaba y la griferia de la ducha y la bañadera estaba pegada con cinta y se movía toda, lo hacía que se cortara el agua al ducharte, eso quedó muy desprolijo. Por último, la calefacción estaba tremenda y no se podía regular con la mano y las habitaciones tienen grandes ventanales con ventanas muy pequeñas laterales que no permitían ventilar lo suficiente y aunque hay ventiladores, recirculaban el aire caliente. Temas a considerar para mejorar, va con onda!!!

Me dieron un desayuno sin TACC riquisimo y me permitieron quedarme trabajando aun cuando ya nos habíamos retirado... y me ayudaron con el auto. Unos genios

La habitación un desastre, chica, incomoda, las camas parecían camarotes de barco, la pieza pequeña, el baño no muy limpio.
Location was fantastic, on the lake but a short walk to town. The view of the lake from the dining room was incredible. Staff were nice, breakfast was sufficient.
Our room was very small and located above the front entrance, so quite noisy.
