Pros:

Location was fantastic, on the lake but a short walk to town. The view of the lake from the dining room was incredible. Staff were nice, breakfast was sufficient.

Cons:

Our room was very small and located above the front entrance, so quite noisy.

The location is good, walkable to the city center (several minutes), there are nice restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast is really nice, staff is pleasant. They can hold your luggage before and after checkout. The view from the dining area is beauriful.

The room is basic, but good for couple of nights.

Cons:

Wi-fi is not the strongest point, I struggled to have the video calls from the main area.

Buena ubicación.

Cons:

No me gustó nada el lugar. Llegamos y todo bien hasta que nos pusieron en una habitación mugrosa, con sábanas sucias, el baño un asco y poca iluminación. Nosotros nos guiamos por las fotos de Booking y la verdad es que es una vergüenza que nos hayan ofrecido ese lugar por el precio que pagamos. No era una cuestión de dinero porque ese mismo día nos fuimos a un lugar mejor. Pero Ventus la verdad que miente con sus fotos de Booking. CUIDADO!

I didn't like the place at all. Everything was fine when we arrived until they put us in a filthy room with dirty sheets, a disgusting bathroom, and poor lighting. We went by the photos on Booking, and honestly, it’s a disgrace that they offered us that place for the price we paid. It wasn't a matter of money because we moved to a better place that same day. But truthfully, Ventus lies with its photos on Booking. BEWARE!

Es mágico, dormir frente al lago fue maravilloso, y las instalaciones, muy, muy lindas.
La atención de Alejo fue excelente, muy amable y servicial.
La ubicación me agradó.

Solamente que mi habitación no tenía secadora de cabello, pero la solicité y listo.
