Pros:

Prachtig hotel, midden in het oude centrum van de stad. Mooie kamer met een grot waar we buiten konden zitten.
We hadden wat problemen met de elektriciteit, waarschijnlijk door het weer, maar dit werd meteen opgepakt en snel opgelost. Iedereen is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Lovely spot, rooms were great and as advertised - but need some outdoor lighting!!

Great location, in old town, a little out of the way kept things quieter. Rooms were as advertised and lovely.

Cons:

No outdoor lighting for the duration of our stay - having to use our phones as torches to navigate our door steps and through the garden to our room wasnt ideal.

Pros:

Очень красивый исторический отель в прекрасном месте. Здание раньше было частью женского монастыря. Каждый номер оформлен в стиле какой-то страны и обставлен предметами интерьера и артефактами, привезенными хозяином отеля из путешествий. У отеля прекрасный сад с завораживающими видами на старый город.
Расположение очень удобное. Очень вежливые менеджеры, помогли с багажом (отель находится на возвышенности), провели экскурсию, рассказали историю.
Завтраки отличные.

Cons:

Мягкие матрасы. Спать было не очень удобно.
Плюс в качестве предложения - если это возможно - в семейных номерах большую кровать поставить в другую комнату - в ту, в которой ванная. Это наиболее логично.

Castle and topp service
Pros:

Flott frokost, rene store rom, deilig seng, stort bad, bra beliggenhet.
Alt var topp.
Men det beste var servicen.
Fra vi ble henta på flyplassen til siste koffert var båret ned. Alle som jobbet dær var så flinke og service innstilte ut til fingertuppene.
Håper jeg får oppleve noe slikt igjen.

Great room and rooftop pool and views. A unique property (if you can find it)! Breakfast was only ok
Pros:

The room was fantastic and unique, quite quirky. You could actually see the Mother of Georgia status from the bathroom! The rooftop pool and views were exceptional!

Cons:

Breakfast was a little underwhelming for the cost. The buffet was a bit odd and the food looked tired. But the omelettes were made fresh. Some staff were young and really not bothered, no one explained anything when we arrived.

Pros:

We really loved the location, beautiful grounds and the service- polite but not intrusive.we cannot wait to come again after our stay in Kazbegi and spend 2 more nights in this lovely place. The beds were so comfy with lots of pillows, we slept very well.and I really liked how my eggs were cooked for breakfast, and tasty home made compot. And pancakes stuffed with cottage cheese- yum.

Prachtig hotel en genoten van het zwembad
Pros:

Dit is een prachtig hotel, met veel aandacht voor kunst, design en mooie details. Het zwembad is echt een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen, met een prachtig uitzicht over de stad, en alles was schoon en goed verzorgd. Omdat de Studio en het zwembad zo goed bevielen, heb ik uiteindelijk zelfs twee extra nachten bijgeboekt. Er is ook roomservice beschikbaar, al heb ik daar geen gebruik van gemaakt omdat er genoeg leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand zijn. Een bijzonder hotel dat ik zeker zou aanraden! :)

Cons:

In had in eerste instantie de Loft geboekt, maar daar had ik direct spijt van. De Loft ligt buiten het hotel (under the castle) en stonk enorm naar vochtige schimmel. Geen prettige kamer. Gelukkig was de Studio nog vrij. De manager vroeg daar eerst 400 lari (!) extra voor... terwijl Booking een andere prijs gaf. Uiteindelijk goed opgelost. De ligging van de personeelskamer direct naast de Studio is wat ongemakkelijk. De deur stond open, waardoor je het personeel tijdens hun rustmomenten kon zien. Meer privacy voor zowel gasten als personeel zou prettig zijn.

Het bed in de Studio kraakte behoorlijk en het matras voelde vrij hard en mogelijk wat verouderd aan. Een comfortabeler bed/matras zou het verblijf verbeteren. Het ontbijtbuffet zag er niet overal even vers of uitnodigend uit. De yoghurt en omelet waren overigens wel vers en lekker.

Die Abholung jom Flughafen und das bereitgestellte Zimmer nach drm Nachtflug war super. Das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Mein Zimmer war sehr schön und großzügig mit weitem Blick.
Ich würde das Hotel unbedingt weiter empfehlen. Danke.
