Да. замок замечательный очень старинный и там на самом деле красивый интерьер. Он как музей и находится там приятно. Много красивых фото можно сделать

Очень грязно было . Бассейн грязный.бармен был неприветливыйон дал нам грязные полотенца и не хотел нам их менять. Пришлось говорить руководству и идти жаловаться. В итоге нам поменяли грязные на дырявые. Всю ночь скрипел кондиционер и мы не могли нормально спать. Завтрак был очень скудный. Управляющей не заинтересован чтобы мы возвращались они знали что нам не понравилось что даже не подошли к нам

A somewhat unpleasant experience

The room has a great view, the entire building is beautiful, and the rooftop garden is quite nice as well.

We booked a family room for our family stay, but were only given one room key card. The card was accidentally left somewhere inside the room and we are certain it never left the room.

What upset us most is the unreasonable charge: we were never informed about any fine for a lost key card during check-in, and there was no written policy or price list posted anywhere in the hotel. When we questioned the 50 GEL fine and asked to see relevant rules, the staff was extremely rude. They simply said they had no regulations at all and told us we could leave a bad review if we wanted. We were willing to pay for the actual replacement cost, yet they insisted on the full high fee.

Besides the poor service, this property is totally not family-friendly. We had to climb a long flight of stairs to reach the room. There is no parking space available for guests. You also need to ring the doorbell every time to get in. Worst of all, the room has very poor sound insulation. We could clearly hear every doorbell ring and people passing by outside, which made the room really noisy all the time.

Good place , good location but difficult to get to

The room I stayed in was lovely with amazing views .

Cons:

It’s difficult to find and I got lost getting there as my taxi could not get near the place . It was 6am in the morning so it wasn’t ideal . I think there should be some sort of clear information as to how to find the property. Also you do need to be fairly fit to get up all the stairs .

Pros:

Het gebouw straalt geschiedenis uit en het ligt op de rand van de Oude Stad. De voetgangersroute naar de Moeder Georgië loopt erlangs. De laatste 200 meter (met meer dan 50 treden) mett een koffer voor 3 weken vakantie is echter een beproeving. Gelukkig droeg een personeelslid bij het vertrek de koffers naar de taxi. Het ontbijt is OK. De kamers zijn voorzien van goede bedden, propere douche en stil. Het zwembad ligt helemaal boven en geeft een uniek zicht op de stad.
Uiteindelijk was de prijs voor zo'n mooie locatie verantwoord.

Cons:

Weinig info bij aankomst, we ontdekten na enkeke dagen dat er aan zwembad iets kon bedreld worden. Dit kon alleen cash betaald worden. Weg naar zwembad (met ongeveer 60 treden) was 's avonds niet verlicht.
Kamer zonder kast, valies kon niet uitgelegd worden..

Man fühlt sich wie eine Prinzessin im Schloss!

Es ist ein unglaublich schöner Ort, es wurde bei der Einrichtung auf jedes Detail geachtet und der Garten ist ein richtiger Märchengarten. Der Pool ist wunderbar sauber und die Aussicht grandios.

Unieke plaats voor je verblijf in Tbilisi.
Pros:

fantastisch pand, aan de rand van het oude centrum tegen de heuvel aan. Vanaf het dakterras heb je waanzinnig uitzicht. Het pand heeft een rijke historie, waar veel details van zijn behouden. Echt uniek.

Cons:

Helaas was het zwembad (nog) niet in gebruik. Dit was erg jammer. Het dakterras met zwembad is een unique selling point van dit hotel.

We stayed in the Presidential Suite for two nights, our wedding eve and wedding night, paying over 5,500 Lari (Over USD 2k. The property itself is great, but the management, their 'rules' and arrogance was absolutely disgusting.
Arriving Friday, we told them who would be coming to the castle for the wedding day prep (2 guests + 2 videographer's 2 Hair/Makeup for prep) and they agreed it would be fine and that the 2 guests are okay, and they wouldn't count the 4 people helping as guests.
Come the next day, Saturday morning (our wedding day) management completely switched course. They said we would need to pay 300 Lari for person, per hour, we said they would be there for 1 hour and 15 minutes, so they said we would need to pay 600 Lari per person, (4 people) so 2400 Lari in total..
We spent 30 minutes explaining to the staff & manager what we agreed on, explaining their back peddling. They were extremely dismissive, rude, arrogant and had absolutely 0 compassion for the situation, insisting that they never agreed on it. Then, randomly, they said "okay no problem, it is all fine, you can have everyone over no charge" We shook hards, I thought the ordeal was over. We arrived back in the night, they said we owe 600 Lari, waited till the morning, and tried to explain the agreement we had, they insisted I needed to pay, I paid just to get it over with.
Plus, some other issues being water went out constantly, they charged me 700 Lari for 'decorations' which was a 15 Lari wine, cheap flowers, they didn't add the candle like they said. and a cake, we had 2 pieces of, put in their fridge and when we asked for it back, most of the cake was gone?? they literally ate our cake...
Insanely bad service. For such a historic and impressive place, the management needs to re-consider how they treat guests.

Очень интересное расположение отеля в здании замка. Красиво оформлены номера, холл, рядом буквально в соседнем здании церковь. бассейн в скале и великолепный вид с террасы на город. Отличное расположение в старом городе. Очень атмосферно и аутентично.

Cons:

Кровати очень скрипучие и неудобные. В номерах собрана антикварная мебель, все очень красиво, но неудобно. В этот же номер современную кровать и было бы просто супер!

Pros:

If you book this make Sure you stay in the castle. They have many rooms and loft and appt that are outside... we first booked the loft and regretted it. The pool was fantastic, the room inside the castle aswell clean and nice decorated. The location is quite tricky if you have a lot of stuff because of the stairs. But they have really strong guys that do the heavy lifting. Thank you for that

There are very expensive rooms in the castle and I think everybody gets the same breakfast. It is simply not OK to pay 800 euro for the breakfast that is offered. But maybe the most expensive rooms have privet breakfast... I hope ...Also the staff is always present but is it sometimes difficult to say if it is staff or not but they are very friendly.

Beautiful place, wouldn't stay, just visit for dinner, not worth the money.
Pros:

This place is stunning, in hindsight I would just have come for dinner to see it as it is historic and amazing. I did trip on the uneven cobbles and the saving grace of the hospitality was a staff member being kind and offering ice.

Cons:

Staff yawning, smoking, generally not very friendly, uncommunicative, it was uncertain about their job roles. Breakfast is not until 8.30, and we missed it because of a trip, we were told by a staff member that coffee and cake would be accessible to us, which felt very awkward and another staff member tried to say no to this simple request, it felt hostile and unfriendly. In general his attitude was not ideal, the pool was cold and unclean, which he noted but did nothing about, very odd, perhaps it is cultural.

Very unique location and design. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

To find the property was a bit hard as it is a bit hidden. Breakfast was below expectations, some items ran out and couldnt be reordered.

A unique and comfortable stay in a beautiful castle with amazing views and excellent service.
Pros:

We really liked the room - it was very clean, comfortable, and had a cozy terrace. The staff were especially helpful, always available, and solved any issues immediately. We also appreciated that they arranged an early breakfast for us when needed. The view by the pool was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

We found the breakfast selection somewhat limited, so it could be improved.
