Really clean and fully-facilitied room with friendly staff. Small pantry with cooktop is good for cooking.

Friendly host. And really clean facility. I had a bad luck where the heat pump stopped working. The host was kind to provide a fan heater. But it was quite noisy. In an hotel I would normally expect to change the room. However the problem I had was the quality of the mattress. Uneven cushion surface.

Great host. Sonja was full of ideas of where to go for walks, activities, and eats. Rooms were clean and had utilities to allow meals, but no conventional oven. Easy to find and just outside of downtown, making it more quiet. Recommend.

Had a lovely and comfortable stay that exceeded expectations for a motel. Sonia was nice and helpful and gave us great recommendations for food. Try the Dulcie fish and chips (try the kumara chips!) by sunset point. Would recommend both the motel and the fish n chips!

Overnight stayed at Hokitika on our way to Nelson, definitely perfectly goodnight sleep, quiet and excellent location to have meal in town
Fabulous accommodation, spotlessly clean well decorated and everything you need for a comfortable stay. In a perfect spot for a stroll in to the town but in a quiet street. Phil and Sonya were great host, gave us great ideas of where to go, sorted a helicopter ride for us too. Excellent stay thanks
This property was a pleasant surprise! Room was nicely appointed, spotless, bed was super comfortable and the host treated us like friends! The host gave us excellent tips on dining and sightseeing and we really enjoyed being able to walk all over town. Highly recommend!
Great accomodation
This property was amazing!! The staff were so friendly. Loved the rooms as were so clean and everything you needed in kitchen! The property was very quiet and so convenient to walking to the downtown!
