The staff was great and friendly. The ocean view rooms are the best! Not a crowded place which is great for relaxing. Having the beach at the front of the property was so ideal. A little paper thin walls but nothing too crazy. Would definitely recommend the ocean view rooms.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und empfehlen jeden hier her zu kommen. Was gibt es schöneres als mit Blick aufs Meer aufzuwachen? Das Hotel ist klein und direkt am Strand gelegen, und etwas weiter weg von den ganzen Verkäufern und dem sonstigen Tourigeschehen. Jedoch sind fußläufig die besten Bars und Restaurants zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There were good and bad things but if I was to go back I could stay there again. It’s a cheaper option than other hotels in station 2/3 as it’s still a bit of a walk there (20 min to station 2 for example) and therefore is located in a quieter area away from the crowds - that was a must for me. The beach is great, right in front of the hotel and is mostly empty as most people go to the beach nearer the area of station 2 so that was also perfect for peace and quiet. One if the highlights for me was the view from my room with the beach, palm trees and pool, (I stayed at the very top one with balcony, however please note if you choose this room type that the balcony is shared with the other top floor room, which is a bit weird as it’s less privacy, but for me it didn’t personally bother me as I barely saw the people from the room next door).
The room itself is nice and spacious, very bright with white typa decoration for that sunny holiday feeling. Bed was big and comfortable.
This hotel has so much potential but it’s getting a bit outdated/lack of care - there was a change of management apparently and things are getting a bit left out. For example the pool is useless (it’s like for decoration only, not the right location to have built it there it was a bit dirty), there’s also a terrace with great view but nothing there. They also have a kitchen not in use anymore (you can see it degraded) so no food at all in this property.

Unique place.
Great hotel with great location and great staff.
The rooms are tiny but super cozy and with great views. Oh this view ... It's unique to open your eyes in the morning and the first thing you see is the sea, the beach and the palm trees.
The beach is in front of your room. You literally leave the room and go to the beach.
The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They cooperate with everything and give very detailed information about everything that interests them.
I recommend a place to rest.

Amazing location right infront of the beach at station 3, away from the crowds but an easy walk into the hustle and bustle of station 2.

Marguerita, Eugene and Miguel couldn’t have been nicer. We were upgraded last minute and it was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Everything was top notch, a once in a lifetime experience. Couldn’t speak higher of this place.

The room we were first given was tiny but when I asked if it was possible to change the staff were very helpful. They were fully booked that night but moved us into another room the following day at no extra cost.

Quite glad we chose this place over anything else in Station 3 despite a fair bit of walk to St 2. Didnt get to St 1 at all since no time. Peaceful stay area regardless of the construction works behind the building. Lovely daily cook to order breakfast. Staff are polite and accommodating. The house and views just amazing!

Lovely small hotel located on the beach front in station 3 the quieter end of Boracay with a glass front infinity pool. It has Beautifully appointed modern rooms and great home cooked breakfast. Eugene and his staff make you feel very welcome.

Kleines, ruhig gelegeles Hotel am Rande der White Beach. Sauber und organisiert. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Würde sofort wiederkommen.

The view was amazing from the 4th and 5th floor. Pool was perfect to cool off after the beach. Breakfast was actually very good. I liked how the hotel was stationed a bit away from the d mall.

Best place to stay if you want total relaxation.

The hotel is small but really really nice! The rooms are also small but we knew that before booking and didn’t really mind. The view is amazing and the pool is great! We loved watching sunset by the pool with a drink :)
The only thing that I can say wrong about this place is that in the 3 nights we were there they didn’t come into the room to bring extra toilet paper or swipe the floor (as it’s a beach front hotel, you get a lot of sand in the room even if you wipe your feet etc)
But it is very beautiful and I would definitely recommend :)

Definitely a great spot for my first time in Boracay! This spot is located in station 3. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. When you exit the hotel the beach is right outside. It’s a bit of a walk to station 2 and 1 but I loved this location because there were no crowds! It’s like a private beach. The room is small but very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel. I plan to stay here again next time I visit Boracay.

We loved everything at la Banca house. The room, facility, location , station 3 is the place to stay if you prefer to have a quite place and more privacy. The staff are all very attentive to accommodate the guest needs, they cleaned the pool everyday, your room, breakfast is superb , arrange our transfortation etc.We would recommend la banca to our friends We would like to thank all the staff for making our vacation more enjoyable and relaxing, from the manager Eugene Flores, front desk Margarita, Remy and Rollan for the delicious bfast everyday, Ginly, Reynante and Miguel for all the hard work maintaining the place clean and enjoyable.

The hotel is amazing and the staff is second to none. Would highly recommend!

those 2 days were amazing, staff if super friendly, the rooms are brand new, new confy bed mattress with amazing pillow, the service is a 5 star service no doubt location is in station 3 very calm area and ealking distance to station 2 good for workout, infity swimming pool at the roof makes this place stand out, breakfast is excellent

The room was really nice and the views were perfect. Comfy bed and great shower. The balcony was shared with the room beside us which could be a bit awkward and you have to walk past their glass door to access the room. Also struggled to lock the door properly. The pool is really nice and has a great view. It's a perfect location if you want a bit more peace - much quieter than further up the beach. No lift and the spiral stairs to the top floor are very narrow so not great if you have accessibility issues or have had too many beers...Overall, quite expensive but a nice place to relax.

Positives:
We were greeted at reception with a refresher towel and fresh juice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower in our room didn't have warm water for a short period and when we mentioned it to reception they fixed it right away. So once again, very good service. Our room overlooked the ocean on the beach so it was an amazing view to wake up to every day. Although breakfast was on the 3rd floor we were served on the beach every morning. It was truly an amazing experience. The WIFI was good. The swimming pool on the 3rd floor is very modern and also has a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. Our room was cleaned every day on request with fresh towels. If you are looking for peace and tranquility then this place is perfect. It is located at station 3 so not very busy and no hawkers bothering you. The beach road stops just before this hotel so it means nobody walks past right in front of the hotel, therefore, it feels more private compared to other similar hotels located at station 2. If you are looking to be very active the whole time and looking for a lot to do, including shopping and eating at good restaurants then you have to consider a 10 - 30 minute walk. Overall, we had a very good experience and it was definitely a vacation to remember.
Negatives:
Only one, the room is tinier than most. But, it's only a place to sleep in, dress in, and take a shower in, so this comment should be irrelevant. The view and all other positives make up for the size ^^
